I contacted them regarding an error code that my recently purchased (used, privately owned) BMW was showing. I had an idea of what caused the problem and Autohaus quickly identified the root cause, contacted me regarding cost to repair, then fixed it. They also showed my car was still under warranty for maintenance items and included those services while they had the car. Prompt, professional, and very reasonable in price.
