Service was quick and the process was easy I was in for a recall, and got an oil change while I was there so that was great, not 5 starts because they lost my car and I had to walk around searching for it which made me stay there longer than I had hoped. Otherwise great place I will continue to use them for service.

Awesome experience! My service advisor Ty Ancona was super cool, hospitable and helpful. Cost was less than originally quoted. Service was completed sooner than estimated. Ultra discounts on quality BMW gear at the boutique. Complimentary beverages and snacks. Super clean and comfortable European lounge. Highly recommended!
