I have been impressed over the years with the support from Chris Clem in service. He has made himself available for consultation and expertise even when we have been having issues out of town. He is knowledgeable and courteous each time we speak. Chris Buie is a walking encyclopedia for BMW information. he is great when needing help figuring out what is going on with the car and patient with inane questions! I have bought three vehicles from Brett and would buy a fourth when the time arrives. He always makes you feel that the arrangements you are working are the most important to him. and we have a relationship that allows me to question the relative value of the vehicle under consideration.
