I have been with Jessup Cadillac in Cathedral city since 2023 when I purchased my Cadillac XT5 and very with it. I like to mention Mr Daniel Mejia he has been very helpful on every levels regarding the car, he is a very knowledgeable and also kind a patient person . Mr Mejia is a + for the Jessup company

Gouging 3% surcharge on credit card.

Gouging 3% surcharge on credit card. Bought new tires. All overinflated, one @47psi, another @ 46, other two at 40. All should be @35. Tire pressure sensors were not synced with position of tires on vehicle.

Ron was top notch!

Ron was top notch! Sent me pix of transmission leak and had the problem fixed asap. Car was cleaned - looked as good as a full detail!
