I had a 9:00 appointment for which I was right on time

I had a 9:00 appointment for which I was right on time for. I was not checked in until 9:25-9:30. This is unacceptable. Isn't my time as valuable as theirs? They either had too many appointments at 9:00 or they accepted walk ins ahead of us who made appointments.

Great company with an amazing sales and financing staff.

Great company with an amazing sales and financing staff. They made my first purchase of a Chevrolet product easy and simple. Great customer service after the sale as well. Me and my new Corvette are vey happy we met at Jessup Auto Plaza.

Bought the vehicle over the phone.

Bought the vehicle over the phone. The price was list with no markup unlike Honor GMC. Honor GMC. Quote one price over the phone which was list but when the paperwork showed up online, they had marked up the car $10,000 over list and added $3,000 of dealer options that they said we’re mandatory at their dealer. My response to them after I called and discussed it over the phone was telling them to keep it. The next day I found the one I was looking for at Jessup GMC. Everything was handled over the phone or email even my trade-in. I could go on but if you want to make buying a new vehicle check these guys out and ask for Alexis

I was in for a repair on a power button that was faulty

I was in for a repair on a power button that was faulty and once again the dealership could not promise me a loaner car without having to go to enterprise down the street. For a luxury car dealer, it seems that loaners should be on hand and ready to provide to customers especially during a repair of a faulty part under warranty on a car that’s only 10 months old. Also, it took 6 hours to complete repair and multiple calls for updates that were never answered. The text link for updates were never updated.

My experience was terrible.

My experience was terrible. My truck was kept overnight without letting me know and the worst part was when I got it back the problem had not been resolved. Im in the customer service industry and I would never do that.

I have always been pleased with with Jessup.

I have always been pleased with with Jessup. We have bought many cars from them. We used the service department for all the Service needs of our cars. They’re very considerate and try to get things done in a timely manner

Leo Machuca was my service person and he kept me informed

Leo Machuca was my service person and he kept me informed while my car was being serviced. The car was done in a timely fashion and the waiting area in the sales showroom had nice refreshments and coffee. Overall a very positive experience.
