Our car included the black bow tie upgrade.
Our car included the black bow tie upgrade. Parts had to be ordered and our new car was there for 5 hours. I asked about the name which was supposed to also be changed to black. Nobody had any idea what I was talking about. I called the next day regarding the same issue. It was then admitted that it should have been taken care of. I returned the next day and my car was there for just over 2 hours to make that change.,

This was the third time it was in for the same problem,
This was the third time it was in for the same problem, and as I was driving out of the driveway, I noticed that the problem still was not resolved. I turned around to speak with the service advisor. Let him know and he asked me to reschedule again.

As always, we feel like VIPs when we come to the dealership. I know we are not, but that is how they make everyone feel. There was no wait time upon arrival and the service itself took no time at all! Braulio took time out of his busy schedule to say “hello” to us, which is always appreciated. I would never take my car anywhere else, nor would I buy a car anywhere else. Jessup is the greatest!
