It was fine until the service was for.
It was fine until the service was for. Had to then wait for them to bring the car around. There were several car porters just hanging around and goofing off. It took over 20 minutes for them to finally do so. This was after I paid for the service.

First time customer….I found the staff very friendly and accommodating. The appointment I made to have the oil changed was on time which was appreciated. The whole experience went smoothly.

Water 2 hours while was oil was being changed.
Water 2 hours while was oil was being changed. Then told battery failed test. Jessup didn’t identify they changed battery 10 months earlier. So I thought it had been replaced by another Chevy dealer. I went home pulled maintenance records that showed Jessup replaced it. Called Jessup told them they had replaced it. They called back confirming that they had replaced it May 2024. Had to return next day to replace battery. I feel it was handled poorly.
