Experience with Subaru

Love the car! Sales and service were beyond my expectation.....so professional, friendly and helpful. Dan Clark, the sales person, was great...no pressure. Dustin Fleger, the delivery specialist, went out of his way to accommodate. He even came to my house to assist me with the technology. Joseph Nieves, the business manager, made sure paperwork process was smooth and explained everything in a lay person's language. Also, loved the environment at the superstore.......clean, friendly and great snacks.

Great Experience

We worked with our salesman Jonny for a few months to narrow down the model and options we wanted. He kept us appraised of our delivery every 2 weeks. The Forester was better than we had expected. The delivery process was great.

Great Service with Jerry

Jerry Zack is my Service Advisor. I have never had a problem with my Outback when it is in for service and Jerry is watching over it. Below is what I said last time I rated Subaru superstore of Chandler. And I am still very happy to have Jerry as my service advisor. Jerry always takes outstanding care of all my servicing or any problems I have with my 2017 Subaru Outback. When I make an appointment with Jerry I know that he will take very good care of me and my Outback. Jerry always keeps me informed on the progress of my vehicle, if for some reason they need more time to do the repairs he notifies me in plenty of time so I can rearrange my schedule. A good service department is what I look for when I buy a new car. Your see the salesmen “who was also outstanding and still I still see, (Charlie Webb) to say Hi” when you have your car in for service. But service department you will see for the life time of your car. I would highly recommend Jerry. Thanks Jerry. Chuck Keeler

Steven Bollman and crew made our experience seamless and fantastic. From initial contact, through test drive, to pricing, to Alex in finance, and through new car orientation, it was a great new car buying experience. It was a great introduction to Subaru and they have earned a customer for life!!

When it came time to get a new Subaru my wife and I tracked down Thomas Darby. We worked with him three Years ago and wanted to work with him again. Darby will advocate for the buyer and make the car buying process enjoyable. He’s the BEST!

Friendly and hassle-free, missing attention to detail

I worked with Scott while shopping for my new Forester. I told him about my hectic healthcare schedule and requested only emails or texts for communication. He respected my requests and didn't hassle me like other salesman who called, emailed, and texted like class-V clingers. My experience was awesome overall. He was knowledgeable, friendly, prompt, and as honest as he could be. Scott was personable and was a great introduction to the dealership. Alex in finance demonstrated his ability to write inverted with ease. He broke down costs and didn't waste our time, and was willing to work with our needs/wants. Perhaps my only gripe comes from the vehicle etching, which comes from the service department. Who puts a white glue on black rims and charges $199? My rim looks like someone got too excited too close and stained the rim. Will I recommend someone to this dealership to buy a new car, sure, but I'm less than pleased to see this added security feature stained on the outer part of my rim looking like someone spit on brand new rims. I couldn't see it while purchasing the vehicle because it was @ 8PM, but this lack of attention to detail, or one person's laziness, does make me question what else has been missed.
