Brandon was courteous and NEVER pushy, encouraging us to take our time and helping us to understand the features of the different Outbacks. Even when he was out sick he made sure someone at the showroom could look out for us, having particular models available for us to test drive. Ron was great when we came in for our test drive and vehicle pickup. Ron told us about the Phoenix Car Show where we could not only see many makes and models to narrow our search, but also that Subaru gave out coupons there. We appreciated very much the orientation that Dustin gave us with the all the tech and will be taking advantage of the catered monthly orientation class for new owners. Brent in finance was good to work with. He was a great listener and was flexible in establishing a finance plan for us. We highly recommend Chandler Subaru.

Dustin Fieger was a great help explaining how our Subaru works. We were confused about how many things worked but Dustin carefully explained everything to us. The session lasted over an hour and we learned a lot. We were informed about the monthly meeting if we come up with more questions. We were very impressed with the dealership in general. My wife and I stopped by to look at used Foresters. We worked with Josh Berkley and he located the car that fit our criteria. It happened to be across the street at the Volvo dealer. Josh was a pleasure to work with. It was by far the best experience I've had buying a car. He listened carefully, was never pushy, and it felt like buying from a friend. No pressure dealer. I felt welcomed but not pounced upon. Charlie Webb was my sales associate. He listened to what I wanted & was very patient. I test drove several models. Camille also was very helpful explaining different packages. Sales manager & everyone was great.
