We had a good experience with this dealership. We ordered our car and they told us it would take until mid or late December before our car came in. It came in a little early which was good for us.

The best car buying experience I have ever had.
Twenty-five words minimum for this review will not be hard. From the moment I arrived at the dealership, I was getting great help. I didn't feel like walking meat for the dealership vultures and was kindly helped to find the rep I had been working with via email, Griz. He was super informative, helpful, courteous and just a great guy to work with. After a day or two to figure out some other affairs, he was kind enough to drive me to the dealership to wrap up things on the 2020 WRX Premium I decided on. Along with him was Dustin, a Subaru fan and enthusiast that fits in perfectly at the superstore. He took me on my test drive and continued to educate me on the car and all things Subaru. His love of the brand really shines through. My interactions with him and Griz were great every single time, and that only continued when it was time to sign the paperwork with Joe. That is always the most intimidating part of buying a car- the guy who gets you to sign and throws all the other add-on costs at you in a high pressure room. Not this time, not Subaru Superstore, and not Joe. He broke down what everything was, did, how long it lasted, how it changed my payment, and what he thought based on his years of experience. It was a treat to feel so comfortable from start to finish. Truly the best experience I could have had.

Best buying experience

Horrible Service Dept
My 2016 Impreza in dash display was unresponsive: * When i went to have it replaced, the service dept failed to order the part. * When the part was finally replaced, the heater/AC knob (which is connected to the display) no longer functioned. * When i went back again to have the above bullet corrected, the hood was NOT shut all the way which i discovered on the 60 doing 65MPH. Horrible horrible service.

We truly apologize about the hood not being secured when you left....that is totally on us. I understand you have spoken to both Scott and Carl about this and they will be sharing your experience with the staff.
Got the perfect car
These folks have knocked themselves out in getting me the perfect car. While low key, Ron Lundberg was always there to answer questions (even when they weren't during his normal hours) . When he didn't know something he admitted it and then found it out for me. I am pretty particular and had to order a specific model and trim from the factory. Ron made it easy. After the sale the dealership has been very proactive with a new car orientation and I have a follow up next week with their " Product Delivery and Technology Specialist" to explain features and questions that have come up since I picked up the car. There is a lot of new technology in the 2020 Outback and the extra education is appreciated. After the sale, I did purchase an accessory part and the service department installed it for no additional charge. Sort of a new car discount. I also got a new car discount from the parts department for a new windshield sun screen. The only downside was the discussion with the finance guy who wanted to sell me extended warrantees. (I paid cash). I know its his job to make the car sound like its going to fall apart so I will spend a few thousand more on the extended warrantee but that was completely out of character with the rest of my experience. What can I say, I like the car and I like the dealership. If I was planning to buy another Subaru I'd definitely go back.
