Friendly, Prompt Service; Comfortable Waiting Area

I purchased a Subaru in 2016. With the exception of a recall, I haven't had any repairs needed. The recall and all maintenance have only been done by them. They have done a fantastic job. The service personnel have all done a great job. They have been friendly, professional and the waiting area is comfortable. It has a place to charge phones, plug in laptops and watch television. The chairs are comfortable and there is a free snack bar with cookies, hot chocolate, coffee, etc...

Service Department Prompt, Friendly, and Does a Great Job

I purchased a Forster in 2016. While the only repair needed was a recall item, they have also done all the maintenance on my vehicle. Without fail, every interaction with the service department has been pleasant. The repair and any maintenance I have gotten has always been done well. Their waiting area is really nice, too. There is an area to charge phones or plug in your laptop, comfortable chairs, and television screens. They also have a snack bar that is complimentary. Cookies, hot chocolate or coffee, water, etc... A very pleasant experience.

Superb experience,

Transparency, Honesty and Friendliness were superb across the board with everyone we came in contact with at the Superstore of Chandler. Our salesman, John Barravecchio was absolutely outstanding in every respect! Likewise, Daniel Strebler's introductory product delivery and technology session was very very helpful.. Looking forward to getting the full tutorial from Daniel. Last but not least was the simplicity with which Marc Dicino handled the financial aspects was wonderful.

Always good, very friendly and helpful. Service areas always clean and well stocked with goodies , fresh fruit and cookies, coffee, tea, water and more. Free internet, all this makes it a comfortable wait.

Sold on Subaru

I have been driving Toyotas for 15 years, but now am a very happy new Subaru Crosstrek owner. Very impressed with the atmosphere at the dealership, all employees I dealt with were courteous, helpful, no pressure. Imad Sinno worked with me over two visits to find just the right vehicle and get the price down to where I felt comfortable. I appreciated his patience and accommodations for my circumstances.
