Excellent experience! There were no high pressure tactics used to get us to buy a new Buick LaCrosse at Dave Cross. Matt Cross was very knowledgeable and respectful.

I could not be more pleased that I decided to go with Dave Cross Motors to buy a vehicle. I had been looking for a used Chevy Silverado, and I found one online that they had the exact model/trim/features I was looking for, so I decided to go give it a look. Not only was the truck in beautiful condition, the salesmen and finance manager (Sam, Gary and Justin) were some of the nicest people I have ever worked with. I was approached with a smiling, friendly face, and I instantly had the feeling that they were not trying to pressure me into buying anything. I went there near close one night and as I was walking away, Gary had just said "Come by tomorrow and give it a test drive. If you like it then maybe we can make a deal. If not, then that's okay!" Right then I knew that they were not one of those dealerships that are pushy and just trying to make a sale. So I came back the next day and worked with Sam and Justin on making a deal after test-driving the truck, and they were very honest, caring people. I ended up making a deal the next day. I cannot say enough good things about my overall experience of buying my first truck. I recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used car with great, professional and honest people. In the future when I need to get a new vehicle, Dave Cross is first on my list.
