Everyone, from the time I walked into the service area, until I picked my car up later that afternoon, was extremely personable and helpful. Don kept me informed of the status of my car's repair, and the gentleman that drove me home while I waited for my car was the nicest guy. Thanks to everyone!

Nice facility, wide range of vehicles

service writer was great service was quick. If I only had one complaint is that I had oily finger prints on the repair inside the vehicle overhead console, and on hood and fender of truck. Would recommend that youuse clean gloves on interior.

Friendly, Courteous, GREAT Service!
Always Friendly, Helpful, Courteous! I bought my used GM Certified Buick from Dave Cross Buick GMC in early December 2013. I was not happy when my engine suddenly quit in Mar 2014...Everyone was very understanding and went out of their way to reassure me everything would be made right!

I've been going to Dave Cross Buick for years and I love all the help I get from Dave and Matt and all the rest of the people who work there. I have always been very happy with their work and helping me out. Also love their new building very pretty and clean.

Terrible Service
Within the last 6 months I have taken 2 vehicles to Dave Cross Service for a state inspection. Both times they passed the state inspections. However, the first time when I get home the I could not turn off the head lights. So I take the vehicle back. REMINDER when I went in there was not a problem. They did the inspection and I come home. So when I take the vehicle back they say it has a light switch problem. This cost me 198.62 to have it replaced. Again when I went in to have an inspection there was not a problem. I took another vehicle in on 3-6-2014. There was no problem. It passed the state inspection. However, when I got into the vehicle, started it the check engine light came on. _When I left the vechicle to have them to perform a state inspection the check engine WAS NOT ON. So I went in (didn't move the vehicle) told them about the problem. They said they would check it out. About an hour later they tell me taht the light has gone out but that I need to have the Camshaft Actuator replaced. This will cost me counting an oil change approx $300. I have a big problem with both of these. Items. When I went in I only wanted a state inspection. When I com out the passed the inspection. However, Approximately $500 for problems that did not exist before I went in. I have a big problem with this.

Best car buying experience I could have hoped for.
All the staff were excellent and knowledgable. Matt Cross helped with my purchase. He definitely went above and beyond to help me understand the features of the car and to make my experience enjoyable. All the staff I interacted with were excellent.

Great visit.
I am looking for a car for my Twins and they are going to find a good trade in that might work for them. They greeted me and everyone was very nice. The service was able to get me in while I was there and get the scheduled maintenance done.

Great Job!
I had stopped going to Dave Cross for service a long time ago, because they were rude and unhelpful on several occasions (long story), but I was told they had changed. They certainly have! Dave and the mechanics working on my car were awesome! They were VERY helpful and made what could have been an unpleasant experience an extremely good experience!

Great service, friendly, keep you updated
Had a check engine light on so I brought it in. They worked on it through the day, calling me on a few occassions with updates. Fixed the problem, changed the oil and cleaned the vehicle. Very satisfied.
