Koeppel Subaru

I wanted to leave this review because I am very disappointed in a call that I have received from one of the Manager’s at Koeppel Subaru. He called and tried to get me to purchase a vehicle from him and when I asked for my sales person Meeza whom I have been doing business with for years , he said she’s no longer in the business but I found out it was a lie! Meeza is working at Star Subaru and still in the business. I will follow Meeza anywhere because of her transparency, honesty and the care Meeza always provided to me. Something that’s hard to find when purchasing a vehicle. Just wanted to put this out there so customers can make informed decisions and reconnect with the Sales person they trust.

They were much less willing to do what was needed in my situation than the dealer I went with instead. While nice enough, I suppose, they felt inflexible to me on how things were handled. (I am not talking price - we didn't get that far.)

We were very lucky to meet with Meeza at Koeppel Subaru. She was supportive, patient, and most professional. She made the decision easy, and helped us find the perfect match. Meeza is a wonderful sales person, and with her help the otherwise stressful process was an exciting and happy experience. We love out car!!! Thank you Meeza!

I had the pleasure of dealing with Tyler Gay. He was an awesome and very professional sales person to work with. He was straight forward with information, no pressure, direct, quick to respond and overall honest and competent.

Good Experience with Queens Koeppel Subaru A good friend brought me to Raju after she had several positive experiences with his services. I purchased my car more than 12 months ago and have continued to be pleased. The service that I received from Raju, my car salesman, was exceptional. Raju listened well and acted immediately on any request; most of all, he was responsive even weeks after I had purchased the vehicle. He not only guided me to a Subaru vehicle that suited my needs, but also explained why the technology would or would not be a good match, then gave me ample time and space to make my decision. He is a good listener, keeps his word, and is straightforward. I appreciate that in a car salesperson.

I must thank Meeza once again for putting me in the driver's seat of a gorgeous, new Outback! Meeza is friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and always pays close attention to requests or concerns throughout the process. Always a pleasure to know I have her help and guidance in securing the car of my dreams!

Richard was great at assisting both my mom and me with getting cars from this dealership. He was knowledgeable about the cars, answered our questions, and was great at communication.

I was not mistaken to choose Subaru Crosstrek, I was Satisfied Daniel the Brand Specialist was amazing he’s great person Daniel gave me a chance time to choose what i wanted and Maureen the branch Manager was excellent, during the car buying process including detailed explanations and options and clear explanations on interest rates and fees She wa absolutely fantastic and communicated very well with me,Everyone was pleasant and friendly staff, clean environment, free coffee and water bottles while the customers are waiting, Thank you Subaru staff Maureen and Daniel they are both amazing person Godbless you all🙏
