After a disappointing shopping experience with a dealership based at Commack in Long Island, I stumbled upon Koeppel for a certified 2022 Subaru with the premium package and 14,000 miles that was advertised online. Upon my arrival - in person - the advertised price was what I got with no additional hidden or “mandated” fees. The test drive was immediately followed by a handshake that sealed the deal. I have nothing but praise for the gentleman that guided me through the whole buying process. The vehicle is being prepped as I write this review. Should I need to purchase another vehicle in the future, not only will this dealership be on my list, I will not hesitate to recommend it with friends, relatives and acquaintances who are currently shopping - or will shop - for their next car.

Exceptional service! Gary was extremely helpful with the purchase of my new WRX. Everything went very smoothly. When I requested a premature service to flush out the factory oil, George and his team at the service department were eager to assist. Great dealership and even better people.

He was very helpful with me purchasing a new car answered all my questions and help me set up different things on my car which I really enjoy my car very much finance department.
