Best CPO Charger In town!
We were looking for a CPO Dodge Charger and Gladstone Dodge had the best car and deal in town when searching the web! The Charger had fewer miles than any other we had seen with leather interior! Awesome Ride!!

I have purchased 3 vehicles now from Gladstone Dodge Chrysler Jeep. I have had a pleasant experience each time. Only suggestion would be to speed up the paperwork time.

Absolutely Scam
Purchased a 2018 dodge ram on a Black Friday special they had last year the truck was purchased with an added warranty and the warranty was about $2000 maybe but as we were told from the finance manager it was all worth it because of the oil changes. Well the oil changes are 100 and something dollars so OK that was part of a good thing so we go and get our first oil change at first 10,000 miles yesterday. After getting the oil changed we find out that we had one oil change not worth the almost 2000 or $2000 worth of extended warranty. Before all this occurred we recommended a new customer to them we were told we would get $100 referral fee. We got the referral fee months later after having to call to find out where it was It really wasn’t $100 it was the principal oh if you give us a referral and they purchase a car from us which are referral did we send you out this hundred dollars. Yesterday after we found out that we were scammed on the warranty they took the hundred dollars off for the referral and charged us for the almost a year that we’ve had this truck so we ended up paying for the referral and owning the truck a year which I guess goes to the principle of the loan. I would never in 1 million years so an extended warranty with not true facts of what is really covered and those wonderful oil change as we were going to get we got one. We bought a 2017 Toyota Camry and they’Treated us like gold we had oil change is up to 40,000 miles Roadside Assistance I can go on and on I would never again deal with Gladstone Dodge.

My Renegade
I bought a 2018 Jeep Renegade from this dealership on 2 Nov and the whole buying process was the best from start to finish. The salesman, Greg Nethaway was awesome, the best.

Purchased a Jeep
I had done quite a bit of online research before I arrived at the dealership and was set on a particular Jeep before I arrived. While I was walking around the lot trying to locate the Jeep, Troy came out to greet me and asked if I needed help. Online pricing is a bit misleading (this is my biggest complaint) but Troy worked with me to get some incentives that would help bring the cost of the Jeep down. He was fantastic to work with. Not pushy or aggressive at all. There was a slight screw up with the paperwork and he could not have been more apologetic. It was an honest mistake, so it was hard to get upset with him. Overall, it was a good experience.

Absolutely the worst service I’ve ever had! First of all...
Absolutely the worst service I’ve ever had! First of all I had to get a hold of the GM to even get a call back for service. Take my car in to get a new windshield which I had specifically asked about in finance if replacement was covered under the package I purchased and I was told yes, low and behold it’s not. I call to check the status on it and am told I will be called “soon”. 2 hours later no call so I call back and am told I will be called in 20-30 minutes at the latest. 1 hour later no call. So I call again no answer. So I go there and they still don’t know the status, they weren’t even checking on it yet. No apology that I never received a call back and no explanation as to why my finance guy either lied or didn’t know what he was talking about.

Courteous Service Advisor
Just want to say that my service advisor was very courteous and showed a genuine concern of my vehicle problems. She gave timely advice on what needed to be done and how long it will take.

Oil Change
Went in for a routine oil change and tire rotation—2 hours and 45 minutes later, it was finally done. We had to search for someone to get the keys. People came in after me and got their vehicles before I did. I had prepaid for my oil change and think I was pushed to the back of the line because of that. Once my service contract is done I won’t be going back. Grant

Inept, incompetent Service Dept,
Six weeks after buying a new 2019 300S the bluetooth module went out. I arrived at 8AM as scheduled. It took until 1PM for them to tell me that they'd have to replace the module, making excuses the whole way as to why it took so long. Promised that it would take a week for the part to come in, 10 days later I called and learned the part HADN'T EVEN BEEN ORDERED. Rachel in customer service was inept and incompetent the whole process. I suspect the only reason why anyone does business with them is b/c they are the only Chrysler dealership N. of the River. If you live up that way, suggest you go to the dealership in Platte City. They are friendly and significantly more competent that the Gladstone dealership, by a mile.

$45K for a new Jeep and no spare key? xxx?
First off they list a new Jeep showing several options in the description and when you get there to inquire about the vehicle it's a barebone vehicle. What BS! To spend this kind of money and they give you a hat but no a 2nd key. I didn't realize it until about a month later and texted the sales guy and he replied "I'll check into it". That didn't result in anything. I called the HMFIC of new car sales and left a message 2 weeks ago and he never called back. I called again and he answered. He asked why I waited so long? I left with a hat and papers in a bag and I didn't look assuming the spare fob was in there, NOPE! His name is Andy F. in charge of new care sales. I was also told I can buy all the front/back floormats at dealer cost from the sales person so they were ordered for me. Went to pick them up and it was $394. I once again texted the sales person and once again got the "I'll check into it". I know this wasn't dealer cost as you can buy the same set on mopar.com for the same price. I chose this dealer because I live in the same city and wanted to be close enough for repairs etc. I need to send a letter to the owner and let him know he has a major problem with his staff.
