Avoid this dealership
From the salesman to the manager, Tim Daughty, this dealership is dishonest, unprofessional and inept with regard to service. We were lied to, and ignored for months to get simple repairs completed. We bought a 19 Jeep, worked our way up the chain of command at this dealership and found at every step the person we talked to was inept, dishonest and could not get simple jobs done.

Fast and efficient!
We showed up from out of state with a radiator fan assemblyall tore up. It was replaced along with an oil change and we were out the door within an hour and a half or so. Really nice and professional people. 10 stars

Purchasing
This was my worst experience ever purchasing a new vehicle. Took 5 days to get delivery. Another 4 days to get equipment transferred took back 4 times for correction. Still waiting for a title. 1st time ever wasn’t provided a tank of fuel with new vehicle. Can’t recommend.

2hr oil change
I went in for a oil change. I had to search for someone to help first off. Then the service lady said that she has one person in front of me, and it should only take a hour. 2 hrs and 15 min later, my truck was pulled up front suggesting that it was done. I walked around for a additional 15 min trying to find someone so I could pay and get out. Not to mention it was 76 dollars for a simple (non diesel) oil change. And they didn’t even top off any other fluids. (Washer fluid) . I’d just as soon drive a half hour and go to a different dealership. I originally tried to buy from them. But after a test drive one of the roided out salesman said he wasn’t going to return my keys. He advised me he wanted me to take the truck overnight. Not even the truck I wanted. I wanted a 2019 new limited, they truck he let me test drive was a tradesman. I do not recommend this dealership to anyone.

Gone Downhill
I bought a 2103 Jeep Grand Cherokee, Overland, brand new from this dealership. I have only had it serviced here for the past 6 years and have been VERY pleased. In the last year the service has steadily gone downhill. My past two visits, for prepaid oil change and tire rotation, they tried to get me to purchase an additional service. On my most recent visit, for a leak in my tire, I was told there was NO way to patch it because I had out fix a flat in it and I would have to purchase a new tire. On further investigation and after talking with mechanic, Cody, they decided they could try to fix my tire first. Low and behold, they were able to patch it and I saved about $180! When he called to let me know the "good news" he explained he had forgotten to let the mechanics know I need my wiper blade replaced, which I requested, but they could TRY together it done before I came to pick up my vehicle. (They were able to get in replaced before I picked up my vehicle.) On another visit, for the same service, they called me midway through and told me my Jeep needed ALL NEW LUG NUTS. EVERY SINGLE ONE needed to be replaced at a cost of about $300. Needless to say, I declined and knock on wood, have been driving without the loss of any lug nuts. As I said, we used to have excellent service: both customer and mechanic wise. But I will be going elsewhere for any future service and will not purchase my next Jeep here. When you spend $40,000 on a vehicle, you expect better, at least I do!

First purchase here was in 1988. Have purchased new vehicles here twice since, and many routine service/maintenance trips through the years. Gladstone is a great dealership.

DO NOT USE GLADSTONE DODGE, CHRYSLER, JEEP!!!
We have had 2 different issues in a 3 month time period. The most recent involved an oil change. We had greasy fingerprints on our glove box and the air conditioning vents along with grease on the outside of the vehicle. They told us that they check our brakes and were checking to see if we had a key for locking lug nuts but that does not explain the vents in the car. Furthermore, in March we brought the car in for an intermittent start issue. They told us it was the crank position sensor. We told them that we just replaced it. They immediately jumped into that we did not use original equipment parts and that we needed to have them put in the proper crank position sensor at a cost of $1,100. They would not guarantee that this would fix the problem and that additional things may need to be done but this was the place to start. There was not a code for the crank sensor in the computer. I did some research online and they recommended changing the relay control module (OE price online was $240), changed it myself and the problem went away. When I called and complained, I talked to Brandon. He brought up about the price and the quote. We received a quote over the phone and even called a second time to verify the price which they quoted it twice. They did honor the price, but told us that this was not our first oil change because the car had 44,000 miles on it and we should know the price was a lot higher than the $60 quoted. For the record, we purchased the car with 41,000 miles on it and this was our first oil change. If this is their definition of good service (expecting the customer to know what things cost), I recommend going elsewhere. I have always been told that if a mechanic does not know what is the problem you replace the cheapest thing first. Here it looks like they want to replace the most expensive thing first to milk you for more money.

Won't be back
Buying the car was fine but certainly not pleasant. First time i took it in, the missed the fact that the heat shield was gone (my normal oil change guy pointed it out to me). Tried to refuse a coupon that they emailed to me because it was for synthetic combo and they did a full synthetic. In the end they honored it but with all the added fees (oil disposal and charged me for an extra qt of oil because the coupon was for 5 qts and they used 5.5 qts.) which brought it up to the same cost w/o the coupon. No review of the service at checkout. Will never set foot in that place again.

Buyer Beware !!!!!!
This dealership gave us the worst customer service we have ever had. Showing a decent price online , only to mark up the price by $7k during purchase. They sold us a vehicle during a severe thunderstorm warning that no one wanted to go out in. We trusted them and they sold us a truck with the wrong engine and missing options that are listed on the window sticker. After realizing the deciet the next day , we contacted the dealership. We were told tough luck , you signed the papers and we don't have a grace period. What dealership doesn't have a grace period this day in age ? Overall , this is the worst service I've ever had and none of the issues have been resolved. Do Not Buy From Here !!!!!! Especially from Troay or Adam !!!

Buyer Beware !!!!
I purchased a Truck here recently because of online pricing . The price however , isn't obtainable by the common shopper . It was listed online for $32k but in reality was offered at nearly $40k . The day of our purchase , we test drove two trucks. We decided on a 5.7L Hemi V8 but in a different color than the test vehicle. The location was under a severe thunderstorm warning for most of the day . Nobody wanted to be in the weather , so we trusted the sales team to be honest and sell us the vehicle with options we asked for. We were told during financing that our only option was a 5% loan through Chrysler . Turns out , Chrysler was offering much lower rates and we were denied those because of a rebate. We asked for a new style ram , crew cab , 4 x 4 , tow hitch with a 5.7 L Hemi V8. I even asked multiple times that the tow hitch was on the truck and was assured that it was. The following day , I walked out to look over the truck . I noticed that the hitch was not on the vehicle. After looking over the window sticker , it clearly states that the vehicle was supposed to have the tow hitch installed. I also realized that they had sold us a mild hybrid engine instead of the regular V8 that we asked for. The hybrid has an added price of $2,600 . I can own up to not walking around the vehicle during a severe thunderstorm warning . but after reaching out to the dealership we were told tough luck , we had already signed the papers and they weren't going to resolve the situation. After multiple phone calls this dealership has had every opportunity to make things right , but they have not. Do Not Buy From Here !!!!!!!! Once you sign the papers , they are done with you !
