My experience with 1st Choice was excellent. I just bought a 2006 Chrysler Town and Country from Bill at First Choice. He was courteous and knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. They were willing to negotiate a fair price with me. They provided a Car Fax report and from what I could tell dealt only in quality used cars. I would definitely do business with them again. Bought a car from these guys, very pleased with the results. I worked with Steve and Eddie on multiple occasions, including a few after the sale to deal with some minor paperwork issues, and customer service was fantastic. Both were very polite, prompt and professional. The car was as advertised and as expected.

Recently purchased a "like new" BMW 330i from Bill at !st Choice Auto. My son is a service manager at a auto repair shop in Maryland, and went over the car with a fine tooth comb. Bill was with him the entire way and we found no problems of any kind with the car. In addition, based on the low mileage (54000 for a 2002), we still were able to negotiate a fair final price that we believe was a great deal based on recommended book values. The buying process was simple, even though we were out of state. Also of note, during the "Signing" ceremony, we noticed several interactions between their manager and other customers, and noted how courteous and accomodating they were even though we felt some of the customers had unusual requests. We will look to 1st Choice Auto again for daughter #2's first car as well!

My daughter was looking for her first car specifically a Prius. And boy did find THE car for her. Very clean and with all the stuff she wanted. Salesman was vey polite and willing to negotiate price. Once we had made the deal the paperwork was quick and well presented. They answered all my daughter's questions. A very good first experience for her in buying a car. Thanks

Bill Usmani worked with us, and he was great. Knowledgeable and very helpful. Others at 1st Choice were also good to work with, and everyone went out of their way to make us comfortable. No hard sell here, just good service and a good selection of used cars at many price points.

I went to take a look at a 2001 Toyota Camry after talking with Bill on the phone. He gave me all the details. I got there and checked everything and found all as stated. That made the buying process a lot easier. Their customer service is excellent and I would not hesitate to do business with them again.

Recently bought a '97 Crown Victoria. 1 Owner. "Cream-Puff". No problems. Car was given new Oil and cleaned. The Dealer was able to give me a better price than listed. Worth the drive to get the perfect car I was looking for. Great experience overall. I am buying from 1st Choice Auto again.
