Today i looked at a 1999 Honda accord with only 36000 miles, It was a beautiful car it ran nice and a very clean it was basically new. I checked under the hood and everything was fine with the vehicle, it looks like it was very well taken car of. Steve was very helpful with helping me choose a car right for me, the cars he was showing me were nice vehicles with low mileage and reasonable prices for each. Steve also showed me the car fax on the accord witch was helpful also in making my decision. They are reasonable guys working there and they are very friendly, when i decided to buy the Honda we negotiated price and they helped me out and dropped the price $400 so i was very pleased with buying my vehicle. Also id like to say that when i was looking at the accord Steve let me have my space, he gave me the key and told me if i needed anything to get him or let him know if i wanted to drive it, all the other dealerships that i've been to the workers are all money hungry and try to stand around you and convince you but Steve wasent like that, he let me have my space and that's when i inspected the car and under the hood and i appreciate that Steve did that for me. I would strongly recommend this Dealership to anyone looking for a decent car with low mileage for a good price. The only real problem i had today was when i bought my car i only had a quarter tank of gas other than that everything was perfect.

They are selling a 2002 Camaro which was traded in at another dealership in Maryland(has same vin number)--- I know for a fact it needed engine repairs-- need new lifters, has anti-freeze leek. I have paperwork from 2 mechanics verifying this. 1st Choice Auto purchased this car at auction for $1000..When I called 1st Choice they actually told me they never fixed the lifters and it doesn't leak, then I told them I was the prior owner of car, I know about the repairs needed, they said it didn't need repairs. I asked if title had been transferred to VA yet or is it still MD and he said what state you want it to be in and he could do it???? Made offer to buy back the car and they wouldn't come down on price! Do not buy cars from this place, they lie!!! This car most def. is in need of repairs

I called to inquire about a car I found listed on cars.com. When the gentleman, who I presume was the owner, called me back, he was quite rude over the phone. I had questions that anyone would have about warranties and inspections, and he treated me as if I was incompetent. I questioned the price of the car based on the value and he told me "I am retail - I am the market", and basically hung up on me.

I brought a 2003 buick lesabre, used with a clean car fax report. My credit Union took what seem like forever to approve me, but Bill and the rest of the guys were very nice and patient. I went with my Godfather to pick up my car and everything went smooth, they had several other great looking cars on the lot too. I had a wonderful experience and would gladly recommend them to a friend.

I came into 1st Choice Auto in a bit of a chaotic situation. Bill's calm and accommodating demeanor was just what I needed to focus on choosing a car to take on a test drive and to be looked over by my mechanic. The car passed the pre-purchase inspection and I knew this was to be my car. You can tell they put a lot of effort into making sure the car is maintained well and very clean. Bill handled all the paperwork in a professional and knowledgeable manner that was wrapped up quickly. He clearly knows the ins and outs of the car buying process and handled my transaction from beginning to end with attentiveness and polite friendliness. When I came back later about the title / tags, I mentioned I noticed a problem with a windshield wiper and he put new ones on immediately, free of charge. I had been driving a rental for weeks and couldn't believe that I found the car, got it checked out, went through the purchase transaction and was driving home in my Camry within a couple of hours. 1st Choice Auto is a well run dealership and Bill is an exceptional person to work with. I'm very happy with my car!

My compliments for your honesty and sincerity. You said it?s a good car and it is. I went there with my son to check out a Honda accord they had. It looked good and clean, a few scratches on the side and front bumper but ..looked decent. We took it for a test drive and it was fine, not perfect but just fine. It was priced within our price range and had no issues so we went in and tried negotiating a deal. They would not drop the price more than $300 but included a warranty in the price. We were tired of looking around for a car and were ready to pay the full price but we tried getting a discount and it worked. I decided not to leave a review only after having the car for a week or too and so far, my son has been driving it to college everyday and he seems happy with it. Yes, I would recomend them as a good guys with good cars. Thank you. Nadia.

I worked with Steve finding the exact Volvo wagon I was looking for. No pressure, he just put some gas in it and let me drive it all around town on my own. I stopped and crawed around under it looking for trouble and found none. They took my 2005 Kia for the price I needed and I was down the road an hour later spending way less than I thought I would for this clean car. I later adjusted the left front headlight and balanced the tires and this car is good to go. I like the way these guys do business and recommend them. If you don't want to spend a fortune on a decent car go here.

I went to see the used cars first, all the way from Richmond to Fairfax and buy it if I like it, with few required documents and cash. I liked one car and decided to buy it on the same day, but all the required documents were not there. Dealer was so friendly and he trusted me, we finished the deal on the same day and I drove my new car to Richmond. Later I sent required documents to the dealer. It was great experience. Car was very clean and maintained well, also all the checks were done to ensure it is good on road.
