I brought my 2018 Mustang GT in for its first and complimentary oil change. The Sneed service team was able to fit me in on a Saturday and had me in and out in 30 - 45 minutes. The only reason it took as long as it did was because I asked them to look at a minor issue with the car. They addressed the issue without hesitation and consulted me to ensure I was happy with the outcome. Very happy.
