I enjoyed my car buying experience with this dealer. Everyone was all smiles and very helpful the entire time. These guys were flexible and willing to work with me to get me into the car I wanted. Any question I asked received an honest answer which I really appreciated. The only negative things I have to say about my new car is that not even two weeks after I bought it, I found out that the terminal that fits over the battery was a little to big so sometimes my car would not start. I’d have to pop the hood and jiggle the terminal downward for my car to start. I went to an auto shop and they put a shim over the terminal and since then I have had no problems starting my car. All problems aside, I would definitely recommend this dealership. I am very VERY pleased with my Ford Focus!

I originally went to look at a Ford Focus but it had sold that day. The staff was very helpful on this busy Saturday . Especially Claudia, she helped me pick out the perfect car in my price range. Best experience I’ve had buying a car in a long time Shopped around on the Internet and Sneed had the best prices on a number of vehicles that I was interested in. I had to drive all the way from Oklahoma but I saved a few thousand dollars. The sales persons name was Rich Sousa and he, as well as the dealership were very easy to deal with and the financing dept was a no pressure experience. I would highly recommend again.

Our salesperson Claudia went over and above to help us when we purchased an Explorer from the dealership. There were some issues with a window that needed fixed and the sales manager said too bad. Claudia went to the service manager and the two of them resolved the issue. If it was left to the sales manager we would have been stuck with the problem.
