My husband had a great experience when he bought his 2012 Ford F-150 and the truck has been outstanding. We still enjoy driving it. We wanted to check out Sneed when we were looking for a Ford Explorer. Found a great deal on a 2017 Explorer Sport. We worked with Derrick Nolker and are happy with our deal. Now we are enjoying our new Explorer.

I called Claudia on the phone about an Expedition in inventory. She was able to value my trade and work out the details of the purchase before I arrived at the dealership. One quick test drive and paperwork and we were out the door with our new vehicle. She did a great job of doing all the leg work BEFORE we showed up at the dealership. Anyone who has purchased a vehicle knows the day long experience buying a car can be. Claudia was able to have all of our paperwork lined up, including our trade in, where we could sign and drive. The entire staff was friendly and courteous, all in all we had a great buying experience from Claudia. I feel like I was treated fairly with the price and the trade. Not a surprise in the whole buying process. Thank you Claudia!!!

My dad and I went to multiple ford dealerships to look for a new car. After searching online at failed attempts at other dealerships we found a bunch of cars online at Sneed Ford. We decided to check it out even though it was a 35 minute drive and I’m so glad we did! Everyone there was friendly and patient as we drove 4+ cars and asked a ton of questions. We ended up purchasing a 2015 Ford Escape from Derrick Nolker!

I am unsure how when you have confirmed your desire to buy a car, you have completed the financing, and are waiting for the day to come down and get it, that they sell it out from under you! What is that. Somehow I do not think that is even legal. We repeatedly asked about a deposit to hold the truck and yet, they opted to sell it and send an email saying, oh too bad, your truck is gone. This place should never be allowed to treat another customer this way! When you confirm, do everything you should do, and they do this.....what morals and ethics does this place have!!! Stay away! They clearly do not care about their customers.

We came to Dennis sneed on a busy Saturday and was helped by Derrick. Although they were busy, he took great care of us, let me drive and look at several cars and answered all my questions! I never felt pressured to buy like many other dealerships had made me feel. He was honest and open about anything we asked. He helped make sure we got a car we wanted and needed and did an amazing job fitting it in our budget. When we picked up the car a few days later he stayed late and even helped my husband move our belongings from my old car to the new one. We will def be back to this dealship next time! Everyone here was extremely nice!

Claudia helped us even before we made it to the dealership, She help us on the phone walking us through what they had and what would fit our needs. At the dealership she helped us out and explained everything in detail. With her help, we purchased our second car. Next time we need a new car, we will be returning there.

In October we were car shopping and ended up at Sneed Ford. We were not planning on buying quite yet, but had the best experience and drove a new edge sport home. Richard Carnahan was our sales person and Dennis Sneed helped out also. They are the nicest, easiest people to work with. It was definitely NO hassle. Two weeks ago my husband needed a new car, so we didn't hesitate to call Richard. He had two Edges for us to look at...my husband drove both, picked one and we were out of there in just a couple of hours. This week we took my sister to help her get a car and had the same great experience. I will never go anywhere else for a car. I would highly recommend the drive up 169
