Dennis Sneed Ford

Overall my experience with Dennis Sneed Ford was good. Claudia was very easy to work with and Dennis was very friendly when we met him. It was a hassle to have to come back to complete our purchase because they did not have the title to the car there since it was almost a hour drive for us to get there. I was not happy with the way Ruth treated me. I was told she would call to let me know the title had arrived and I could pick up the car. I ended up having to call her instead. She asked when I would be in I explained around 12 noon. She did not seem happy about that on the phone but said ok. When I arrived she had a sales rep in her cube and I was told it would be just a minute and she would get to me. After waiting 30 minutes for their conversation to end she proceeded to take her lunch break instead of handling my paperwork and getting me out the door. So I waited almost a hour to be taken care of. Once I was finished and got the keys, I went to leave and the car had enough gas to go 10 miles according to the estimated miles left. If you know where this dealership is located that is just enough to get you to a gas station. I didn't expect a full tank but that seemed a little on the cheap side. They also had the car for two days after we said we would purchase it. You would think that would give them time to at least vacuum the inside and clean it a little. While the prices are very good here some of the service is subpar.

They have to be the best car dealer in KC area. I never had a smoother car deal then I had here at sneed ford. Everyone from Rick S. sales, Ruth in finance were so easy to work with on buying a car. First time in 50 plus yrs. I had a owner stop and talk about everything besides cars. This place is the best there is in my book.

I worked with Derrick Nolker at Sneed Ford by email and on the phone long before I came in to finalize the purchase. They took care of my every need and I was in and out of the dealership with a perfectly detailed new 2018 Ford Raptor in about 2 hours. This included Carey Sneed personally walking me through all of the features of the truck and setting me up with the Ford Pass. Ruth quickly and efficiently had me sign my financing paperwork and I was out the door. This dealership may be out in the middle of nowhere amid the cornfields, but it is no wonder why they are so successful. Thanks for taking such good care of me, Derrick. I had a great experience at Sneed Ford! They were quick to respond to my inquiry about a specific car. Even found the answers to some of my specific questions about a particular car. They were willing to work with me on my very limiting schedule. The Sales manager even met with me before their opening time so that I could shoehorn a test drive into my busy schedule. I went in to test drive a 2017 Fusion Sport in a rare color. Justin was my Sales Rep and he was great! Easy to talk to, he knew the car inside and out, very nice. The actual sales part was pretty quick, no high pressure situations or badgering. They were very good at walking me through the process, as this was my first time buying from a dealership. In the end, I went home with a gorgeous car and very good experience. I will say, the two biggest issues I had hag nothing to do with their service. The actual dealership kids pretty far out there. I drove a solid hour each way (not that I minded, they had a killer deal). The other was the actual dealership had a very small footprint. They had a lot of inventory and not a lot of room for it. The front gate isn't marked as well as it should be, and it's only wide enough for one car at a time. Still had an amazing experience and I'd recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a Ford from a great dealership.

From my initial contact all the way through the after sale support, my experience purchasing a car from Sneed Ford was confidence inspiring. There was complete transparency in the process with everything presented honestly and thoroughly. In particular, Ruth Espeland stands out because she is knowledgeable, caring and thorough. She handled all the financial details and necessary paperwork very efficiently and with a friendly, helpful attitude.

Purchasing a car is one of my least favorite things to do as it is usually an entire day shot! Not the case at Sneed Ford; Iowa and Nebraska dealers take note. The staff is very professional, knowledgeable and efficient. The car and service we received was well worth the 2 1/2 hour drive. Highly recommend and ask for Derrick Nolker!!

Great experience at Dennis Sneed Ford!! We were actually just looking that day, not intending to buy yet but especially not new, just assumed it was out of our price range. But Rich S. was able to get us an amazing deal on our 2017 focus! Its a great lil car! We didnt feel like we were getting pressured like other places which is a big deal to me and everyone was so friendly and helpful.
