Dennis Sneed Ford

After visiting other dealerships who weren't able to meet my needs, I visited Derrick at Dennis Sneed and left happy and in possession of my new MKC. I'll go back and would recommend.

When I first called this dealership Rich was the one that answered the phone and my questions. When I drove to the dealership and began walking around the lot, Rich appeared and I introduced myself as the person he had spoken with earlier in the day. Rich and his sales manager, Mr. Moss, worked diligently with me to create an opportunity that worked for me and the dealership. They put in extra effort when required to create their sale and my purchase. They answered my questions and provided explanations as sometimes more detail was needed. There was no owner's manual package in this used vehicle and they promised to have one in place, and provided additional discounts for me to remove some accessories from my trade in rather than have their shop remove them. The deal was made, papers were signed, and I then worked with the Business Manager, Ruth Espeland. She worked to create several financing opportunities. All in all not the trying experience many purchasers have come to expect when buying/trading vehicles. I highly recommend giving Dennis Sneed Ford a first chance on your next auto purchase.

I've never had a better experience than I did here. I spotted the car I wanted online, reasonably priced, and emailed. After back and forth emails and a few phone calls with Derrick, we worked out a deal. I drove more than three hours for this deal and when I got there, I hopped in the car for a test drive. Derrick was great and able to deal with more than one customer without making me feel ignored. The team had all the paperwork ready and didn't try to change any of the numbers we agreed to, which is what I was expecting. Typical for a Saturday, I did have a bit of a wait, but several people came by to tell me what the status was and offer me water. Getting the final paperwork signed with Ruth was quick and easy. She is super organized. The whole process seemed way too easy and no one tried to change anything or sell me anything I didn't want. I'd definitely make that drive again. Thanks, guys!

We had purchased a vehicle from Dennis Sneed 3 years ago and had such a great experience, we came back. Once again, the service we received was fantastic! Rich was friendly and knowledgeable. He answered any questions we had honestly and took the time to make sure we found the right car for us. Ruth made the financing process easy and explained everything thoroughly. Bonus is Ellie the cute dog who was right with us every step. It was worth the 45 minute drive and we will go back when we are ready for our next vehicle.
