I bought a car from this dealership on March 17, 2017. The customer service from our Salesman, Derrick, was great! I love the car and actually got a good deal on it. However, my temp tags are set to expire tomorrow and I have not received my title. I've called all week to speak with Ruth and every time the receptionist tells me she's with a customer and she takes my name and number. I've never received a call back. Finally, after the 6th call I was done with the BS. I will now have to pay late fees and I'm sure a ticket for having expired tags.

I came here to test drive a car I saw online. As soon as we walked in and I said my name, Rich Sousa immediately said "I'll get the key" before I even said what car I was talking about. Everyone was incredibly nice and knowledgeable about the vehicles on their lot and Ruth walked us through the financing quickly and was very straight-forward with the information so we always knew what we were signing and agreeing to. I didn't feel pressured to buy my car and would agree Sneed Ford to anyone looking to buy a Ford in the future.

I came here to purchase my first car. Rich Sousa was awesome and got me a great deal on a used ford focus. He's friendly and upfront throughout the whole process. This is a great dealership to check out if you need a reliable, comfortable and afforable vehichle. They had many new and used cars/trucks/SUVs on their lot to choose from.

This was all around an incredible buying experience. It started on-line as we were looking for an available Ford Edge. When we found the right combination of model year and price we were delighted to see it was relatively close to home. From there my husband drove to the dealership to personally confirm everything that was shared on the website - he's a stickler for details and it was great to see the on-line description and the on-sight view were the same. When we both went on a Saturday to complete the transaction the staff was friendly and organized. We also worked out an extended warranty plan that met our needs and was half the price we'd found on our own. We'll be back!!!

We traveled from Central Texas to purchase a used Expedition from Sneed Ford. The process was flawless and the vehicle is in amazing condition. Our salesman Derrick was incredibly attentive, both via email and phone; the business manager Ruth is incredibly efficient and super sweet. We will definitely come back to Sneed when it is time for us to purchase another vehicle!
