“Reasonable Prices and Relaxed Atmosphere”
It felt good to my husband and I to meet the owner who was very personable and direct about the today’s current car sales. We traveled from the St. Louis, Missouri area to purchase my 2016 Ford XLT (Loaded). This was my first time buying from Sneed Ford. I worked with salesman Baron Washington and business manager Ruth Espeland who both were friendly and professional. There was a small situation that happen after the purchase and for that I recommend to anyone purchasing out of state, please make sure everything is taken care of before leaving the dealership. But salesman Baron and I were able to come to agreement and he stayed true to his word and got everything taken care. Overall, I would recommend Sneed Ford.

Friendly and helpful
This was my first time buying from Sneed Ford and I will definitely go back! Derrick was the salesman I worked with and he was very helpful and friendly. I was looking for an explorer and he found me exactly what I wanted. They have tons of vehicles to choose from and they are very reasonably priced. If you are looking for a car go to Sneed Ford and ask for Derrick!

Excellent service!
Contacted Derek just before closing on Saturday to check on a car and he stuck around to answer my questions. Came in to look at the vehicle on Monday and was impressed with his excellent customer service. Answered all of our questions and concerns and we bought a perfect car for our daughter. Also it was a better deal than any other dealership around, it was well worth the commute. Thanks Derek!

Late fees
I thought this dealer had competitive prices. We drove 2 hours and liked the truck we came to look at so we purchased it. We filled out all the paperwork and drove home with our new to us truck. When the 30 day titling deadline was approaching we still had not received a title app from sneed ford. Finally a week after the licensing was late I received the title app. I went to the license bureau and was informed the inspection slip was expired. I had to get the truck reinspected and it failed due to brake light out. After paying for another inspection, the service and parts for a brake light and the late fees when I licensed the vehicle Sneed Ford refuses to reimburse us for money out of pocket. Ive called numerous times and am always directed to ruth who takes my number and never calls back, someone else takes my number, i get left on hold or just hung up on. Ive emailed the reciepts for reimbursement and Sneed Ford acknowledged they received them. I have yet to receive any form of payment. If someone is drawn to the prices here please beware of the principals, morals and business ethics at this dealership. I would never recommend the pushy sales tactics or service that my wife and I received from Sneed Ford. Ruth from Sneed Ford finally contacted me about the problems I was having with the late title fees and expiredinspection slip after I posted a negative review. She stated she would pay me what I was owed if I would change my review to positive and delete all the negative comments. I gladly complied and stated I would change it when Sneed Ford pays their debt. I received my payment and have since added to my review warning people to stay away from this dealership. It was nothing but a headache.

Great service!
Service was great! Baron answered all of our questions, and was very kind and helpful. He let us choose what we wanted without trying to get us to spend any more than what we could or wanted to. He just let us do our thing and I felt very comfortable there. I will definitely be back the next time I need to buy a car!

Needed a car fast
I don't normally leave 5 star reviews, but my experience with Dennis Snead Ford was out of the world. I was in need of a solid used vehicle so came up to the dealership. Rich worked with me to identify cars on the lot that met both my price range and my model interest. Ruth in fiance went out of her way to help make the deal happen, but neither one of them were overly pushy, and respected my limits and interests.

Liked the car- not the manager
My husband and I went there twice. The first time, we walked around for about 20 minutes and no one came to talk to us. We left to go look at another car and then came back. We really liked the car we test drove: a used Fusion. Our sales guy was nice and didn't pressure us UNTIL we told him that we wanted a day to think it over before making a decision. We were still shopping around and had another one to look at. Then the sales manager comes up and starts talking down to us and keeps trying to get us to spend a few thousand more on a better package because of the investment value. He wouldn't let it go. We didn't want to spend a few thousand more; we have a budget and knew exactly what we could spend. The sales manager really turned us off from buying from them. You can tell he was all about the sale and not the customer satifaction. We probably would have purchased that car had it not been for that guy.

My experience was more than I ever could have thought
Rich was so educational and patient with me. He was friendly and answered all of my questions. Although he told me things that weren't what i wanted hear he kept it real. Momma Ruth was the same! Kept it real and to the point no BS. Ruth worked her magic and I am leaving with more than I was expecting. My first car buying experience has been extraordinary! Thanks for making me feel comfortable like part of the family!
