Today I went to Dennis Sneed Ford to shop for a Ford Fiesta and found the car that absolutely fit like a glove. Baron Washington was our salesman and he was excellent from explaining every detail about the car to answering any questions that we may have. Ruth Espeland was also very sweet and helpful through the whole finance portion of the deal. She was able to get us the best rate and get our payment right where we needed to be. Sales group was excellent in working with me to make the vehicle I was interested in available as soon as I arrived. The Finance department stayed late and went the extra mile to ensure we were satisfied. Truly appreciate the attention given to our situation and need, and worked to ensure the process was quick and flawless.

We went into Sneed Ford to purchase an SUV, either Lincoln MKX or Ford Explorer. Richard, our sales consultant, made sure we were in control of our purchase. He let us look online at the inventory, made a list, and took us to each vehicle. We never felt rushed, he wasn't pushy, and we were able to go our own pace in order to make a decision. The dealership has a lot of inventory that's well priced.

My sales man Rich Sousa was amazing. He was trying to close on his new house but still made me feel very important. Got the phone call stating that they were ready to close the deal. I was expecting him to have someone else finish everything up with me. That did not happen Rich stayed and finished up with my paperwork and then left. Ruth went above and deyond to make sure I got a great deal. Went looking for a use car ended up walking out with a brand new car with a smaller payment. What a great place to due business.

After checking at the local Ford Dealers, and being made to feel I had no chance in getting anything even remotely nice, I decided to try one last time. I ended up at Dennis Sneed Ford, and talked to Baron Washington Jr. The whole experience was a load off my shoulders!
