2016 MKZ purchase

I was looking to buy an Lincoln MKX when I found one that I liked at Dennis Sneed Ford. The price was more than $7000 less than I could get a comparable model locally I decided it was well worth my time to travel the 1100 miles to Dennis Sneed ford. I call the dealership and talked to Derrick Nolker. He was very prompt answering my questions and getting back to me when there was something I as him to look at on the car. I feel when I asked him a judgement question that I was getting an honest answer.I made the deal on the car, flew from Billings, Mt. to Kansas City airport where Derrick was waiting to pick me up. We drove to the dealership and filled out the paper work and Derrick was careful to explain clearly everything, that I signed. I do not remember the name of lady who handle the financial part of the deal but she also was very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with and the transaction went very smoothly. Derrick introduced me the own of the dealership who thanked me for my business and even though I would never be using his maintenance department I was introduced to the guys in the shop. This was a nice touch. If another opportunity arises I will definitely call Derrick back up when i am in the market again.

Rich Sousa, Sales, was great!!!

Scoured the Country for a 2016 MKX with the options I wanted and finally found it at Sneed Ford near Kansas City Missouri. I called and spoke with a salesman by the name of Rich Sousa. He was very forth coming and told me everything about the car over the phone including some small issues with it. The price was good and I booked a plane from Orlando Florida to Kansas City, Missouri to buy the car site unseen but based on the honest representation of Rich. I arrived and was picked up at the airport by Rich's lovely wife and driven to the dealership where Rich had everything ready to go. We drove the car and it was exactly as he represented in every way with no surprises. Paperwork went fast a(due to the very capable and efficient Ruth Espeland and her beautiful dog) and I was on the road back to Orlando and the warmth in no time. Overall experience was one of the best I have had in all my years of buying cars in all parts of the Country. One final note, the owners manual was missing and Rich said he would order and send me one shortly. True to his word, the owners manual arrived which completed a very satisfactory buying experience. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone and Rich Sousa is about as good as it gets in Salesman..... Great Job!!!

Positive Buying Experience

I found the dealership through an internet search, looking for a used Ford Fusion. I spoke with Baron on the phone about a couple cars and told him we would be up later that day. When we arrived it was about 4:30 and didn't realize that the dealership closed at 6:00pm. We drove a 2014 and started to negotiate and then decided to drive the 2015. Baron never mentioned what time it was and was eager to take us for another test drive. We ended up buying the car and it was well after 6:00pm when we finished. Baron is one of the nicest individuals that we have ever purchased a vehicle from. We also found out that it was also his Birthday before we finished our purchase. Baron definitely made our purchase a positive experience!!!

Bought a 2014 Lincoln MKIZ

Found this Lincoln on cars guru on the internet. price was good.Called the dealer (Dennis Sneed)Made appointment with salesman Derrick Nolker. Went to look and test drive vehicle. Derrick advised us that the price had been lowered. Couldn't believe that because he knew we were interested in the car.Bought the Lincoln. Nice car. Derrick was very helpful, courteous,and a delight to work with. Good buying experience.

Great Buying Experience

I purchased a 2013 Lincoln MKZ AWD from Sneed Ford on December 10th 2016. By January 10th 2017 I had my title in the mail & I was tagged & plated in California. I flew out to Missouri to take delivery of the vehicle. The dealership was courteous to have a Lyft driver pick me up at the airport @ Kansas City International. Once at the dealership I waited for the papers to be drawn up, signed and I was off. You wouldn't be able to tell since this dealership is literally in the middle of nowhere but they do quite a lot of business. The price point was a huge incentive to have me fly out there. Drove back quite comfortably in a car that was exactly as advertised with all the bells & whistles. So far I have had zero problems from the vehicle I purchased. Rich (Sousa) the salesman & Ruth the finance manager were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I would definitely do business with Sneed Ford again.

Excellent buying experience!

Just bought my sixth car from this family-owned and run dealership. Excellent buying experience. Sneed Ford always makes sure to get me and my family into the best car for the best money. I'm sure I'll buy another six cars from these guys!

Very smooth and easy sale! Good prices and great service!

When I told Rich what I was looking for he was very helpful with no pressure to help me find the right one.
