Worth the drive

Found our auto on Autotrader.com. Called and talked to Baron. Very impressed with information he emailed to me. Drove from north central Kansas and was not disappointed! Bought our Lincoln the day after Christmas. Absolutely pleasant experience.

Very good customer service

Ruth and Baron were awesome two great professional employees would recommend Randy Sneed to friends. Car was priced right and I loved the no pressure sales approach

Awesome Customer Service

I was trying to surprise my wife with a new car but I did not think I was going to be able to get it home before she got off of work, but Ruth Espeland asked my Salesman Rich Sousa if he would follow me home with her car so I could have it in the garage when she got there. Great deal and even better customer service. Needless to say she was very happy, I could hear her scream when she opened the garage door!

Great Dealership

They offered very good deals and the staff was extremely helpful. They answered all of our questions and were willing to work with us. A very large selection of cars were offered.

My daughter's car

Thank you Rich Sousa! We drove 2 1/2 hours to the dealership to purchase a 2015 Ford Escape for our daughter, who by the way had never driven the new body style. Rich took the time to familiarize her with all controls, from cruise control to radio settings and he had the paper work ready and waiting for us. This is the 2nd vehicle we have purchased from this dealership and I would recommend them to everyone. Thanks again Rich!!!

My first car

I had contacted the dealership prior to my visit with some questions because this was my first time purchasing a car. Rich Sousa was incredibly helpful and took the time to match me up with the perfect car. I feel like I got an amazing deal on my vehicle and that Rich and Ruth both did a phenomenal job with getting me financed comfortably for my first significant purchase. I'm so grateful for all the help and knowledge Rich offered and highly recommend Sneed Ford to anyone looking for an honest and enjoyable deal!

Don't Do Business With These Guys!

We actually bought a car from them after stopping in on our way to another dealership. They had a car similar to one of the two we were looking at (between a Buick and a Ford Fusion). We test drove it. Salesman was nice enough. price was close enough to what we wanted. I knew I was going to refinance it from Ford to my bank and told Donna. The finance person that worked there at the time. She still put gap insurance on the loan. I refinanced it as soon as I received the title. Ford sent a statement that I should request a refund on the gap insurance. Called Donna, she said she needed to submit the paperwork. No problem, signed it, emailed it right back. She sent confirmation that it had been sent. Several months later, I came across the letter from Ford on my desk. Called Donna. She looked into it and said they never received the fax. She sent it over again. A month later I checked an she said that now her dealership has to wait for the credit from Ford. They know they got it, but wants to confirm it before sending me a check. A month later, called and Donna was gone. Now enters Ruth. I sent all the emails, copies of letters, documentation of phone calls. She'll look into it and call me back the next day. No call. Two weeks later I call and email. No response. Email again. Finally she says she submitted a request from information to Ford and it takes 24 hours to get a response. She'll call me the next day. Now, we are three weeks later..no answer to phone calls. or emails. Today, I was put on hold for 10 minutes by the receptionist once asked to speak with Ruth and gave my name. Called back and they saw the number and hung up. Called back and now Ruth is busy and can't take the call. I told my husband when we left the lot with the car, I hope nothing goes wrong because this dealership employees (other than the sales guy) had a bad attitude and vanity like no other. I felt like we would get a run around if we ever had the slightest problem. Guess what?! Spot on! Never, ever, ever do business with these guys. We have had awesome car buying experiences with dealerships in Lawrence and KC. We'll never go back to Sneed!

Ruth lies

I have been waiting for a refund check for gap insurance since July Ruth always have a new date for when the check is coming every times I get her on the phone I am convinced she's not coming though and have been wasting my time

Great Customer Service

As soon as I walked into the door I was met with friendly faces. I received that feeling that you get when you walk into a small family owned business in which customer service is paramount to the success of their continuation. I cannot say enough good things about the experience I had with Baron. He appears to be a genuine man with a desire for customer service. We were the last customer of the night and the dealership was locked up and closed. Baron approached us and advised that he forgot to grab a gas card for us (the car we bought was low on fuel) and that he would personally drive to the nearest gas station and put fuel in our newly purchased car. Baron purchased gas for our car and then proceeded to show us how to sync our cell phones to the vehicle's system. On a Saturday night he could have easily left work to go spend time with his friends and family but instead made sure that we were properly taken care of before he went about his evening. Great service Baron!
