    One call to Pat and I knew I was in the right place. I believe Pat is a former school M'arm. Then Greg gave me a GREAT deal on the price! I told him I'd... buy that day. I suspect Greg has some Cajun blood in him (like me). Within minutes I left Lafayette, LA heading for Neaderland. The show room had the most beautiful cars imaginable: a rocket-like WRT-STI, a sultry black pearl Outback. Then they wheeled my shiny new charge up to the door for my test Drive - Solid! I was hooked. Greg marshaled thru the paperwork and after a few instructions from Pat I was on my way. A QUALITY BUYING EXPERIENCE!

    They were kind and helpful throughout the whole car dealership process. For someone that is a young driver, like me, that is a great plus. I never write... reviews, but I had to this time. They really left a mark on me. I live in Dallas now, but if I ever end up getting the chance to service my car there again I will happily do so. I can always count on them.

    I was traveling for business and something in the road flipped and destroyed my tire in the late afternoon. I couldn't drive 90 miles home on that donut... tire, and found JK Subaru online. From the moment I called them, they were highly concerned with getting me the service I needed to get back on the road, even though they knew I was from somewhere else and wasn't a regular customer. They got the tire replaced professionally and even did the extra effort to locate my warranty package in the deep system and got that done and approved before I even got to the dealership! While I was there, they were very friendly and professional. I would recommend them to everyone.

    I didn't realize how frustrating is to buy a car, and because I am a woman, some dealerships didn't take me seriously, I felt mistreated. I was almost... ready to give up until I got to JK Subaru. Their staff was super polite, they took their time to listen to my needs and more importantly my budget. It was so smooth!! And the car is amazing...a year and a half now, and they have a very satisfied client. Thank you!!

    I love Subaru!! I have gone to multiple Subaru dealerships in multiple states and no matter where I have gone, I always get excellent customer service... and attitude and JK Subaru was no different, they were great. Subaru employees are always helpful and honest and they run their business with integrity. Let's not forget that the cars themselves are great and I don't ever want to drive anything else.

    Extremely unhappy with this business. Subaru of America is not affiliated with JK SUBARU. They are independently owned. Although I absolutely LOVE Subaru,... I do not, however like this business. They do not care about their customers and they do not know how to care for your vehicle while it is being serviced. If they damage another part of your car, while it's in their possession, they still make you financially responsible for the damages. They are also in no hurry to repair your vehicle. The owner will back up his employees if they make a mistake (intentionally or unintentionally) which is great for them but a bad business tactic which brings me back to JK SUBARU does not care about their customers. They just lost a customer who owns 2 Subaru's and plans on buying more. We will be doing our business in Houston from now on.

    Brought my car in for an extremely simple and fast service, after it was returned to me i noticed an odd sound that had NEVER been present before, called... them the very next day to get it looked at again, they did "fixed" it and let me drive it off the lot as if it was repaired. The next day i heard the same sound AGAIN and reported it to them AGAIN, finally brought it in due to their busy schedule and boom suddenly there is all sorts of damage and i am being charged thousands of dollars to fix a problem they caused. IM FURIOUS AND WILL BE REPORTING THEM TO THE BBB AND POSSIBLE GETTING A LAWYER TO RESOLVE THIS!

    Thank you for taking the time to leave us this detailed feedback about your experience with our service department. We service a lot of clutch packs i...n the 30k-50k mile range and we get the opportunity to inspect the bearing at that time. Most are replaced at that time and very few ever fly apart, but at 90k miles before inspecting the bearing this can happen, and in the case of this vehicle it did. They work until the grease dries up; they will then stop working because the bearings stop rolling, and when that happens, no one knows the damage it may cause.
