J K Subaru never disappoints. Service is timely, well done and done with friendliness. They let you know of any upcoming problems and how much they will cost. They gladly do little extras like reset my clock and automatic windows. And they washed my car! Waiting room is comfy, restroom is clean.

Great people. Everyone was very helpful. Pat Smith was the best! Very informative. Don’t recall the guys name but he helped me connect my Bluetooth to the vehicle. GM provided the best driving directions to get around Houston. Overall great experience.

It was a wonderful experience after being a ford customer for over 25 yrs I was treated terrible by ford and started looking around and found the Car of a lifetime Subaru Ascent touring I love it and Chris and everyone in the place treated me and my family so good they wanted to sell a Car and they did. Although I bought my Subaru at Gillman's in Houston (and they too are professional in every way), the distance and the Houston traffic are a bit too challenging for me at my age. JK Subaru is much closer to my home and from the first visit the service staff demonstrated the same care and professionalism as Gillman's. The check engine light on our 2015 Subaru came on as we were traveling from WI to TX and then to FL for Christmas. Carleen, the service manager, was so kind and so helpful as we worked out a plan that would allow us to get the repairs done and get to FL using one of their rental cars. We would highly recommend the service department, and especially Carlene, at JK Subaru.

Easy to make an appointment. Good waiting area - coffee, snacks, TV. They always do a complementary multipoint inspection-including disc pad thickness. Found battery had low CCA and replaced it themselves under warranty.

This dealer did a great job for getting me a build and price option for a new Crosstrek 2022, and the financing programs were the best among all my options, so at the end I decided to buy from them.

I had been looking for a Subaru Crosstrek for over a month, (I live in the Houston Area) I was so glad I was able to shop around and find the excellent people at JK Subaru. They had a Crosstrek in inventory and the best news of all they did not UPCHARGE - That is right $0 extra cost. Todays market is unprecedented and all other Subaru dealerships were up charging up to $3,000 of MSRP.
