Swindlers looking to rob you. So I purchased a focus "regrettably" price tag was 20k. I had $7500 down payment. Did they take that 7500 off sticker price and finance the balance? NO THEY DID NOT. They financed the 20k price of the car which with fees brought my total to 30k! Then they put my 7500 Down payment towards the 30k and I still owe 23k on the car. xxx! xx! Dont buy unless you buy it out right! They should have just financed me for 13k! M.F.ERS

Bought new 2021 F150 Powerboost

Some of the trucks weren’t correctly listed on their website, most dealerships are this way. When I told them what I wanted they found 2 in their inventory immediately. The truck is only couple weeks old and was only on their lot 1 day, and still they had all the incentives/rebates and great deals that I couldn’t refuse. No back and forth or hassle. They got the truck to the port for me to have shipped to Alaska within a week. Now the truck is home and safe in my garage. So grateful and will always recommend Kwok and Ritz at Sound Ford!

The service here is great! Just came down looking to buy...

The service here is great! Just came down looking to buy a car and left the lot with a new highlander two hours later counting the 30 minutes test drive. Fast and great service, the people here are great! Joe and Paul helped us out and I’d recommend going to them when coming to this location.

Purchased a brand new car. 3 days after received a call...

Purchased a brand new car. 3 days after received a call from Natasha saying that the bank approved the loan. On our surprised when we got there they're tryna change the story and renegotiate the deal that waa already signed for saying that the bank didn't approved the loan bla bla bla when she literally called us and said that they did. So yeah. So much for wasting our time. They said that they could've charge us for the mileage that was on the car like they expect us not to use the car that we "purchased". They could've just be upfront and not waste anyone's time. Goodluck selling a brand new 2021 Ford Bronco with 300 miles on it. The dude in finance, I think his name is Nabu wasn't very welcoming. He made us sign papers without even explaining it. We almost pulled out the deal because he didn't explained about warranty. He wanted to sell us the extended warranty without stating that if we didn't purchased it we're still getting 36 months warranty and 5 years drivetrain warranty all he said was let me get your keys back up until the guy who made the deal explained it to us and that's why we signed it. Not knowing that after 3 days they're gonna xxxx us over again.

Sales person was efficient and got in contact with me within 4hrs after initial inquiry. Salesperson was attentive as well. She made sure I can ask question whenever.

Renton Sound Ford Service - the worst FORD dealer

Renton Sound Ford Service - the worst FORD dealer is here. A friend of mine left his car here for a check. They checked and said that everything is fine, only the valve cover gasket needs to be replaced. They replaced the valve cover gasket. They suggested replacing the head cylinder temperature sensor. Which, before their inspection, was good according to their own statement. Now we understand that in the process of replacing the gasket, they broke it. Then they began to demand to replace the thermostat. Each time they began to impose something to replace. Buddy lost a whole week here. Although the repair itself, which they did just simply takes a little more than 1 hour. Manager Travis Snyder showed a disgusting attitude towards the client and wanted to make a deal to allegedly repair the thermostat. He tried so hard to put the client in a humiliating position. The car was issued in substandard condition

This dealership is A SCAM

This dealership IS A SCAM. DO NOT GO. They FOOL you and charge you as much as they can! Manh( service department stuff) also mentioned to my friend that they have a lot of customers recently and DO NOT want to do small business with customers like me( they tried to charge me $1200). I went to their service department to fix my car but end up with nothing repaired and charged by "diagnosis" which is not helping at all for $200. They diagnosed my car and gave me a price which is TWICE than other Ford dealership. I definitely said no and wanted to bargain. But the response I got was "Just come and pick up your car then go to other service center. " But when I went to pick up my car, they asked me to pay for the diagnosis! Isn't this a ROBBERY? I will definitely pay for the diagnosis if they repaired my car. Or I am ok to pay for the diagnosis even if they tried to repair my car. But what they did is "diagnosing" and then give you a price you can not accept. When you try to bargain, they refuse any kind of negotiation and just ask you to leave. Meanwhile, they always earn money from diagnosing!

Their service team SET CUSTOMERS UP to ROB you

Their service team SET CUSTOMERS UP to ROB your money. You will pay TWICE than other Ford dealership shops to fix your car. This is not the first time I do business with a Ford dealership. I bought my car from a Ford dealership. I did every regular maintenance and fix in Ford dealership across US as I moved from Cleveland to San Francisco then to Seattle. This one is the WORST one ever. I always know that the price in dealership is higher than independent shop. But this one charge you like you are fool. Claudio first told me that my mustang only have battery issue, so it just need to replace the battery. I went there at 9 in the morning, and it took 4 hours for the whole process. At 1pm, Claudio came to me said the engine test is still not passed, so he wanted to borrow me a car and would tell exactly what to be fixed by next morning. What a such friendly and helpful salesman. Next morning, he said it need to replace purge valve and pressure sensor with extra labor which brought the price up to $1177.32. After we did some research from other Ford mechanic, we found that we are overcharged by not only the material but labor cost. Please see my photo attachments to see the price difference.
