Purchased a 2018 BMW X1 on March 6th fully loaded in excellent condition! I didn't have a car at the time, and Victor whom I spoke to, offered to send someone to pick me up and drive me to the showroom to check out and test drive the vehicle I was inquiring about. Make a long story short, test drove the car, liked it, sat down with Victor and 2 hours later, I'm departing with my new car! To sum my experience, nice showroom with plenty on nice cars to choose from, but overall the best service from a bunch of nice people anyone can get. I bought a Mercedes Benz at TSF and I experienced a level of service and attention like nowhere else, they are very professional in every way, Victor and Igor were extremely helpful and patient with me and even helped me to get the best finance at an incredible low rate and on top of that Victor helped me as well to get the best insurance and the best warranty for my car. they went way beyond my expectations. Purchase experience went well. Vehicle picked up. However they are yet to FedEx the spare remote as requested. Other than that, good experience.
