Aaron was an absolute legend to work with from start to finish. Buying a car online without seeing it in person first? Talk about nerve-wracking! But Aaron went above and beyond to put me at ease. No question was too random, no request too ridiculous—he handled them all like a pro. I bought a used car, and Aaron even FaceTimed me to point out every little imperfection. He showed me a tiny paint chip in the video, but I still can't find it in real life. Either my eyesight is terrible, or Aaron has some kind of magic touch. Probably both. Long story short, he was honest, patient, and made sure I got a fair deal. Aaron and Randy Marion have officially earned a lifetime customer.

The facility is very nice and clean.

The facility is very nice and clean. All personnel I met was very friendly and accomodating. Gabe (who my husband said was our guardian angel - Gabriel - that day!) helped me by explaining how some of the screen displays worked. He made the choice easier for me. If I ever purchase another vehicle, I will certainly start my search at Randy Marion!

Frank, Bryan and Heeley were kind, attentive and straightforward. The process of buying my first vehicle in 20 years was easy and stress free. I never once felt pressured by anyone and everyone made me feel that I was listened to and valued. Bryan looked for a car in the color I wanted and had it delivered the next day. Frank got my phone set-up, showed me the basics and directed me to the start-up guide portion of the manual. (I was previously driving an '05 Ford Ranger with NO fancy computer stuff, so would not have known where to begin.) Heeley explained my extended warranty and coverage options and helped me get the monthly payment where I needed it to be.

The usual friendly and efficient service. I was greeted immediately and they began the process. They told me roughly how long it would take. Waiting area is clean and comfortable. Communication was good. They got the job done in less time than estimated.
