The experience exceeded all our expectations, thanks to Aaron. From the moment we walked in, the experience was a positive contrast from our visits to Toyota and Honda dealerships in Huntersville earlier in the day. Aaron was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely helpful about helping us find the right car without going through scripted sales pitches and awkward checklists. What stood out most was Aaron's expertise. He took the time to listen to what we were in the market for and he walked us through every detail of the Subaru, making no assumptions and highlighting features and benefits with a depth of understanding that showed us he was a brand expert. Beyond that, he went above and beyond by providing thoughtful comparisons between Subaru and other brands and models in the same category we had test drove earlier that day, effectively addressing our concerns and ultimately leading us to choose Subaru. His clear, unbiased insights made it easy to see why the Subaru vehicle and the Randy Marion dealership culture was the perfect fit for us. No buyers remorse here.

Grey and Randy Marion did a great job negotiating a fair price for buying and financing a new Subaru. They had everything ready when we came to make the purchase just as committed. They also gave us a fair trade in offer.

This is the second car I have purchased from Randy

This is the second car I have purchased from Randy Marion. The people there are very helpful and courteous to work with. I will return there for my next car If I need a new one. Hopefully God willing this one will last at least 10 years or longer. (Soon to be 83 years young) Thank you Jason and Keeley for making this purchase go as smoothly as it did.
