After a car accident I was not prepared to buy a new car
After a car accident I was not prepared to buy a new car and it was a stressful experience. However ,I highly recommend Chantilly Audi. It was the first place I went after a friend recommended that location. I wasn't sure About buying the car I saw so I checked out Arlington, Tyson's Corner, and Maryland's dealerships. Maryland was too much of a drive than a hassle to go back to. Tyson's corner was really nice But they didn't have what I was looking for. Arlington had another car I was interested in but I would. My gut feeling about Arlington was not good, the reviews about Arlington are not great and my experience ended up being awful. Not recommended At Chantilly Audi , I also highly recommend Kathy for sales, Who was extremely supportive and knowledgeable. 5 Stars for Kathy!!!! I am so excited about my car!

Sales Process: Poor.
Sales Process: Poor. Salesperson Fady made promises (pre-inspection report, documents from previous owner) that were never delivered. Manager was rude and avoided speaking directly with me. • Vehicle Quality: Very bad. Within 2 weeks of purchase, I had major oil level issues, requiring me to add oil every few days. They clearly never inspected the car properly. • After-Sale Service: Nonexistent. They refused to provide a complimentary check and wanted me to pay for repairs. • Paperwork/Tags: Completely unprofessional. My title and tags were never processed, and my temporary tag expired after a month. Only then did they suddenly ask for documents they should have requested at the time of sale. ⚠️ Recommendation: Do not buy here. They hide information, refuse accountability, and leave you with unresolved issues after taking your money.

Thank you for taking the time to respond here. I want to mention that I had already emailed the General Manager Mr SAi previously but never received a reply. I am currently out of town and will be back on Thursday. I would truly appreciate it if your team could take another look at my car at that time. I spent my savings to purchase this $19,000 vehicle — even knowing it was a used, “as-is” car — because I trusted that buying from an Audi dealer meant I would get a properly inspected vehicle and a good ownership experience. All I am asking is for help resolving the ongoing oil warning issue and support in getting this major problem repaired. If we can work together to address this, I will gladly update my review to share how the situation was handled. Thank you again for your time and willingness to assist.
