Simon was able to help me find a hood price but the other

Simon was able to help me find a hood price but the other individual we were working with was not helpful. Ever since I have bought the car I have not heard from anyone other than to ask me about the car insurance. I requested information on payment and still have not heard back, which gives the impression that once you buy the car no one cares anymore
