Selling damaged vehicles.

Selling damaged vehicles. I ordered a F450, a VERY expensive truck. It came in damaged with deep scratches on the side, and somebody else's yellow paint on the bumper. Also the salesman did not order everything I wanted on the truck. Salesman told me I had 2 options, I could let them "touch it up" and get 1% discount, or 2, they could "Do it right" with no discount and "Hope it came out good". I am paying $100K for this truck. I said do it right. 2 weeks later, there was overspray, and a very large paint run, and more scratches than before. I told them to keep it. 10 minutes later, another salesman calls to sell me a truck "they just got available" It was MY TRUCK! They are selling it damaged, it's on their website now with all the paint damage. Very shady.

We are very pleased with our recent service experience

We are very pleased with our recent service experience which was an engine control module software "tweak" performed by a mobile technician who came to our house to close an open recall notice. I cannot recall the mobile technician's name, but he arrived on time and quickly resolved the issue. 5 starts to all involved and to the dealership overall.
