Joaquin was my car salesman and he was great!

Joaquin was my car salesman and he was great! answered all my questions i had and if he did not know he would go find out immediately. i ended up getting a Mach E from him and couldnt be happier. they went out of their way to get the car back from their other shop that had the car i wanted since when i showed up they had delivered it to the other one. Gary also helped answer my questions since he owns a Mach E as well and it was all super helpful everyone there made the time go by super fast and didnt make me feel pressured in to purchasing the car. i could not be more pleased with how the whole process went. definitely will be back in the way future when im ready for my next car!

Ajay got me exactly what I wanted, and it was very

Ajay got me exactly what I wanted, and it was very refreshing to deal with a salesman who knows what he’s doing. We had a somewhat complex deal with my trade, and he worked it out without breaking a sweat. Impressive. Carlo in financing went out of his way to make me happy. Finance department is always to me the most difficult part of the buying process. It’s not the credit needs. I’ve got excellent credit. It’s enduring the upsale I dread. But Carlo did a great job and didn’t have waste my time, and when there was a correction I desired, he took care of it. I can say he handle my problems with consideration, and I am a very happy camper. I don’t ever remember leaving finance happy. But Carlo made me happy. I’ve dealt with some really rough folks in finance. This was as pleasant as spending money can be. Five stars for all!

I was able to walk in and get the issue with my truck

I was able to walk in and get the issue with my truck fixed without an appointment. The work was completed the same day. The only thing that would have made the experience better is for a loaner vehicle to be accessible.
