This was a great experience.

This was a great experience. AJ and his associates helped make this process move swiftly and were very patient with any questions I had. Annie talked with me on Friday, referring me to Will

Annie talked with me on Friday, referring me to Will Goodwin. We met up Saturday morning. Will was friendly and knowledgeable about the Maverick I had looked at online. We drove the Maverick; he was very helpful working up the deal, interfacing with Gordon, working through the numbers. We had the transaction done in a matter of hours, and I drove my new truck home. Very pleasant experience at a great dealership.

I was referred to Ajay Malani.

I was referred to Ajay Malani. He was knowledgeable about the F150 I had looked at online. We had a quick visit in his office after work one day, Ajay was super upfront, gave me all the numbers with no hesitation. We had the deal done in a matter of days, and I took my new truck home.

I had a terrible accident and my vehicle was totaled.

I had a terrible accident and my vehicle was totaled. I needed a new vehicle but was unable to make it to the dealer as I was in much pain. Mr. Gordon, an assistant Manager from Riata Ford assisted me by sending to my residence a vehicle to test drive and choose. This effort means a lot when you are in bed with pain and are stressed. My Edgar Cruz, a sales Rep delivered the vehicle, was very patient and empathized with me. I truly feel that it is people like Mr. Gordon and Mr. Cruz that put Riata Ford in the front line of Customer Service Excellence.

When I was trying to order this truck over a year ago

When I was trying to order this truck over a year ago Edgar was the only one who reached out from an internet inquiry. I had reached out to multiple dealerships and he was the only one to reply. Our first conversation was about a hold that Ford had placed on truck orders and he expected them to open up sometime in the future. About two weeks later Edgar called to let me know the order window had opened up and he walked me through the process of ordering the truck just how I wanted it. A year and 4 days later my truck arrived at Riata ford and Edgar was on the ball getting the truck ready. I was expecting to see a substantial price increase when I arrived but to my surprise it was almost the same price that was quoted when we ordered the truck. The whole process at Riata has been a pleasant experience and I would definitely recommend Edgar and Riata Ford
