First, let me say I was very happy with my salesman,

First, let me say I was very happy with my salesman, Michael Jackson. Michael went above and beyond as my advocate, even after he'd made the sale. That said, there where some issues that came up that - though resolved in my favor - caused some delays and frustrations to me. Some of these probably were just due to a lack of communication between various parts of the Riata team (sales, loaner car, service, etc.) and may also have been due to some unique circumstances with the vehicle I purchased.
