My experience with most dealers would not be favorable.

My experience with most dealers would not be favorable. However, I walked into Riata Ford and an entirely different way of buying a car. There was no pressure and my sales person, Enaci Hayes was a champ. She didn’t try to sell me anything, she helped guide me through the pleasant buying experience. All departments of the sell/buy adventure was a better than expected exchange. Thank you Enaci, Michael Jackson and Jeff Ledesma Les N.

I was very comfortable in my business dealings with Gianni and his business manger Mr. Jones. Mr. Jones was a very valuable asset in closing my purchase deal with Rita Ford. I appreciate the promptness and efficient manner in which business was conducted. Gianni was instrumental in the process and business dealing that made me decide on the purchase of my 2024 F250 King Ranch truck. I would definitely recommend RIATA FORD to my friends and neighbors

Over the past several weeks I have had multiple

Over the past several weeks I have had multiple conversations with multiple dealers trying to find the right truck at the right price. I located the vehicle I ultimately ended up purchasing on the Riata website and arrived early for a test drive. Henry Smith was my first interaction with any staff at Riata and he was happy to take me for a drive and answer my questions about the truck. He was knowledgeable about this particular vehicle and took time to explain the process for purchasing and introduced me to all of the parties that would assist me with my deal. Let's face it, buying a car is not a fast process. This transaction was completed in record time including the make ready of my truck. Henry was active throughout the entire process, and I found him to be very attentive to my downtime waiting for processing and paperwork, answering questions and pushing my purchase though. He was exceptional, friendly, attentive, and great to work with. I won't hesitate to refer friends to Riata and Henry specifically and look forward to working with him again in the future.
