I was quoted 2 times $85 for an oil change on the phone and in-person when I dropped my car off. The lady at the front desk even wrote $85 down on the worksheet invoice. Came to pick my car up and I was charged $153 even after they seen that I was quoted $85 I was still force to pay $153 because they stated that the $153 was already in the system and they couldn’t change it! I’ve brought 3 cars from Riata Ford the past 5 years and took all my cars there for service but that was the worst experience I’ve ever been in at this location. And they didn’t even do anything to accommodate their mistake but to force me to pay the $153!!!

Had RJ as my salesmen and he was FANTASTIC, very personable, helpful and best thing for someone shopping for a vehicle, he pursued the relationship instead of the sale. he was not pushy at all and took his time with me looking at the vehicles i wanted and told me the honest value of the truck while helping me get a deal the dealership i were both happy with. i highly recommend if you come here you ask for RJ, xxxx take care of you in the best way possible.
