Nicole Vasquez was amazing!

Nicole Vasquez was amazing! She went above and beyond to help me and my husband with our truck service. She was very professional and understanding to our service needs. Nicole ran several tire quotes for us and explain everything in detail. We are so happy with our new tires. We live about an hour away and don't mind driving because if the exceptional service we receive at Riata. Riata Ford has been and will always be the only dealership for our buying and service needs. Thank you!

Nick was GREAT to work with!

Nick was GREAT to work with! I live a couple of hours away from the dealership and he was so helpful in answering questions and sending pictures to help me decide whether to drive over, or not. Jeff, in financing, was also truly wonderful to work with and very patient with some of my banking issues that arose while trying to close the deal. Oscar, thanks for working with me to make this deal even happen! I didn’t make it home with my ‘new to me’ car today because there are a couple of things they are going to do on it for me but I wasn’t even sad about leaving without the car because I honestly felt like I had made some great new friends! Really, how many of you can say that when you leave a car dealership?!!

Sales person AJ was excellent.

Sales person AJ was excellent. But the truck was not inspected. The exterior tlight does not work. STOP, turn or a break lights does not work.

I had been looking for a maverick hybrid for a while.

I had been looking for a maverick hybrid for a while. Saw one on Riata Ford’s website. Called and got transferred to Ms. K she checked and it was still on the lot. Made an appointment for that afternoon to see her and check out the truck. She showed me several different ones. And I wound up looking at a different color than my initial choice. I got in and looked it over and told her I wanted it. She got the ball rolling. The financing and paperwork took a while, they had a few people ahead of me. I will say Ms. K was one of the nicest salespersons that I’ve ever worked with. She kept me informed about what was happening and made me feel at home. If you need a new car go see her. She will help you out.

Using Ford's inventory search tools, I was able to locate

Using Ford's inventory search tools, I was able to locate a promising vehicle and link to Riata's site, look at more photos of the vehicle and put in a contact request. The next day, I was contacted by Riata's sales manager Michael Jackson who arranged for us to come in, look at the vehicle and test drive it. After going over some issues our visit turned up, as the vehicle was used for a period as a courtesy vehicle, we decided to buy it and we're able to quickly execute a deal with Riata's finance team. All in all, I was very pleased with my experience and happy with my purchase.

Everyone that we came into contact with at Riata Ford was

Everyone that we came into contact with at Riata Ford was very personable and accommodating...from the front desk, to our sales consultant (Tyler Moore), Sales Manager (Michael Jackson), and Finance Manager (Carlos Perez), they went beyond what we expected from an auto dealership. Let's put it this way -- they sold us a car without the 'hard sell' that you'd normally get at other dealerships, which is refreshing. Highly recommend Riata Ford! Keep up the good work!
