When I had my pickup truck hauled in by a wrecker I told Aaron that it's was DUE FOR A OIL CHANGE and HE Called me and said that my F-250 4X4 was ready to Go which it's Wasn't, Because THE OIL CHANGE WASN'T DONE, AND MY PICKUP TRUCK WASN'T FIXED SO SOMEONE CAME OUT ON 3-22-2024 FOR MY F-250 4X4 AND THEN CALLED ME AND SAID THAT IT'S GOING TO BE LONGER, SO I FINALLY GOT IT FIXED ON WEDNESDAY 3-27-2024, SO I'M NOT VERY HAPPY WITH THE RESULTS

Finally got my F-150 Hybrid fixed, 4 dealerships and 8 trips and weeks in the shop, it appears the problem is solved. I want to thank all the wonderful people over at Riata Ford for going that extra distance every step of the way to ensure I was completely satisfied.

Nick Avila is the BEST.

Nick Avila is the BEST. Car buying has never been fun for me. Haggling, waiting, haggling, waiting. The ex hYou know the drill. If you like that keep going to someone else… BUT if you know what you want and what you want to pay, call Nick. Actually you can text him. Seriously, I bought a car without going to the dealership until it was time to sign the papers. Nick found the car for me based on my needs. I knew what I wanted, just a newer version of my previous car. I didn’t really even need to test drive it. So, he dug into the inventory and offered me a great deal. He made it easy to shop with photos and videos of the exact car we were discussing. We used the same for my trade-in. He took care of dealing with the finance department. With a handful of emails, two phone calls, a single email from each of us and less than 24 hours, I drove away in a new car. No hassle, little stress, and a lot of relief at finding the perfect car for me. Nick has earned my business for many years.

Mr. Edward's the service representative did a great getting my car service set up. Also Nicole did an excellent job covering Uriah while he was on break. Team Work. Nothing else is needed.
