Ajay was fantastic to work with!

Ajay was fantastic to work with! One of the easiest truck purchases I’ve ever made. Solid trade value offered up front, and a great deal on my new truck. I’ve already ordered another vehicle from Riata through Ajay because of how smooth the transaction was.

The main issue I brought my truck in to the shop wasn't

The main issue I brought my truck in to the shop wasn't addressed. However they caught some warrenty and recall issues and was able to fix them. Typical Ford dealership.

Second time truck went in the shop for the same problem

Second time truck went in the shop for the same problem and now we are looking at the turd time in a little over a week for the same problem. I don’t think it’s the dealerships fault, hence the 4 star rating! And in full disclosure I’ve been to 3 other dealerships that didn’t fix anything, just cleared the fault codes and charged a service fee. I’m gonna give them one more chance to figure out my hybrid problem and I have faith they will. They also eluded that the next trip would not cost me another service fee.

Terrible experience, I took my car in for a check engine

Terrible experience, I took my car in for a check engine light, I paid $1900, 3 hours later the light came back on, and now I'm going to pay you another $1000? what ineptitude of the service staff

They offer the best rate and also great incentives! if you’re looking for and F-150, do not hesitate to check out the website and get your pre-approval in advance!
