They were here on time. Fixed two small recall items & changed my oil right on the curb by my house in less than thirty minutes. The guys were friendly & courteous. All-in-all it was a great experience and I would highly recommend others use it. It was much better than other dealers where it took 2-3 weeks to just get an appointment then half a day sitting around the dealership.

Ordered my 2023 Ford Maverick from this dealership. The order didn't get built until model year 2024, but the buying experience at Riata Ford was still very smooth. We worked with Ajay and Jeff, both were very knowledgeable and walked us through the process. Even the front door staff were very helpful. What I liked the most was that there were no hidden costs on the price of the truck and besides one small pitch about an extended warranty, we weren't pressured to purchase any additional services. Everyone was professional and efficient. If I ever purchase another Ford vehicle, I'll be returning to Riata Ford in Manor.

Three trucks advertised on their site. I'm told that was an accident. Few days later i'm still shopping and I see those trucks are still posted for the price they said was a mistake. now it's a different reason of being upfitted, all three. One week later all three are still posted for the price they refused to sell them to me for...They are dishonest and a scam.,,
