Does not hold to their word.

Does not hold to their word. I purchased a vehicle from them with a $15 oil change package. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle I was charged five times that amount. Kelsey wasn’t there so I had to interact with some guy that was very unpleasant. When I asked him about it, his remarks were very smart Alec. How that wasn’t enough to cover the oil blah blah blah. I understand that may be true but maybe that shouldn’t have been offered in the first place. Had I known that I would have gotten my oil changed right down the road in Round rock.

So far I have had all positive experiences with Riata

So far I have had all positive experiences with Riata Ford. We have bought 11 vehicles from them and have serviced all of our vehicles through their service department with no issues. the sales and service departments have always been responsive, expedient, and professional. I worked at a dealership for almost 15 years and can say from experience that this isn't the industry norm. Keep up the great work, guys.

Great experience. Sale was quick and easy. Ajay stayed in constant contact from start to finish and I spent a total of 45 minutes at dealership when it was time to complete paperwork. Can’t recommend them enough. Thanks for everything.
