Email time was 9:30 but person at the counter said it was 8:30 and I missed my appointment. I showed her email but still waited 2.5 hours for oil change.

I read reviews saying Riata was great, and that was our experience. Joshua was knowledgeable, flexible, and friendly. He helped us look at multiple models, sat was us on a test drive, and helped us get through the process of ordering our Truck. He texted us as soon as the truck came in on a weekend with a photo, before it was even at Riata, to give us a heads up to plan when we would come in to pay and get papers. He also hooked us up with a coworker to get good financing, even though we were originally going to pay up front. There was a minor snafu - we picked up up and paid for it before they installed the bed cover - we were just so excited to take it home. Getting the bed cover installed and reaching service so far has been great over the past couple weeks - hope it stays this good!

Little long for an oil change (almost 3hrs), however, the service sales person was nice and assisted me with another issue going on with the vehicle.
