Vlad was great and helpful during my car purchase.

Vlad was great and helpful during my car purchase. He addressed any concerns I had and really helped me get the best deal for my car. This is a great dealership and did not hassle me with a ton of extra fees and add on packages. Though they have add ons available, I did not feel pressured to buy them which overall made my experience feel genuine. I have been referring others looking for a car to this dealership!

Very disrespectful and rushing.

Very disrespectful and rushing. I asked if the vehicle had any accidents and they said “Well if I knew everything I would be the richest man on earth.” Showed some dents and deep scratched around the car and they said it’s used car, deal with it. I didn’t want to keep going but I had droves 200 miles to get there. I asked if they could reduce price, and they said we aren’t a charity. Finally I agreed then then they said to leave and they didn’t have time for me. Very dissatisfied. They should have there sales license removed. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AT THIS SHADY DEALERSHIP.

BUYER BEWARE, this is a very shady dealership.

BUYER BEWARE, this is a very shady dealership. My wife and I took a look at an Audi Q7 on the lot which was advertised on their website as "Absolutely perfect condition inside and out!" While he was pulling the car out of the parking lot he hit a red mini cooper that was also for sale. He just said "oops" which was strange. During the test drive the oil change maintenance light came on and the car was making a strange noise when accelerating. I bought a mechanic to look at it and the car had at least 10 different fault codes. There are codes for the supercharger clutch stuck open, air shutter stuck, airbag fault, seat belt codes and at least 5 different codes concerning electrical issues. I let the sales rep "manny" know. He told me the oil change was done but the shop forgot to reset the light. He couldn't comment on the noise or all the electrical issues but said he would have audi of San Fransisco look at it. We went home and texted him for updates from the dealer. He said that there's no update yet and he'll let me know. After about a week he said the audi dealer didn't cover any of the repairs needed. I had the mechanic who did the inspection provide me with an estimate on repairs(totaled over $5k). I send it over to the sales rep and made him a fair offer for the car as is. I made my offer based on the mechanical issues and also the additional options that were advertised that are not included(rear seat entertainment, paint chipping with scratches on rear bumper, faded steering wheel, air intake filter looks like it's never been changed) The sales rep read but completely ignored my text so I called the owner Scott the next day. He told me the oil change was never done and that the car was never taken to the Audi dealer, So manny flat out lied to me. I also told him about the issues and he started making fun of my mechanic denying any issues(looks like the shop he takes his cars to cleared the codes to mask the issues. luckily for me the car was driven enough for the codes to come back) I told him I was willing to buy the car for $2k less than asking price and he said he doesn't care if the car needs 5k worth of repairs it's not gonna happen. Looks like he's waiting for an unsuspecting buyer that won't notice or find any issues. This is a very dishonest and unethical dealership and I'm going to be reporting them to the proper agencies for advertising this car(knowing there's issues) as perfect condition.

Bought a used car with low miles at a great competitive price! Very knowledgable and helpful staff, answered all my questions about downpayments, financing, and anything else. Showed all fees (very little) and explained every peice of paperwork signed, if I ever have to buy a car again I'll come back here!

EASIEST CAR PURCHASE OF MY LIFE

I had been in the market for an Honda S2000 for about 6 months. Anyone familiar with this car knows that majority of these are modded, tracked, and overall ridden hard and beaten down. Every dealer I've went to has claimed to be "selective" only taking in "the best." Of course that was never true until I came to Century Auto. Not only was the car in PRISTINE condition, after the purchase I took it to my long time trusted mechanic and he had nothing but praise for my purchase. Scott does his due diligence and I was very comfortable driving off the lot with a real gem which was a 2004 Honda S2000 in Yellow. it was priced reasonably, and was the first time I had purchased a vehicle without having to negotiate and knew I got a fair price for it. Also older cars like these, though holding their value, are hard to receive financing from banks and credit unions. Scott worked with me to get me approved for financing and delivered a seamless purchase experience for me. Tons of other great cars on the lot. If you're seriously looking for great used cars, trust Scott cause he's got a great eye for them.

Great car

As always Scott is the best. Cars are always of the highest quality. Scott was transparent with any and everything done to the car. He was upfront and whatever was found on test drive, was able to address before I left. I will come back again when I have another car needs as well as recommended my friends to look here first for car needs.
