I cannot speak highly enough as to the work, treatment, and efficiency I was witness to with the fine people at Versatile Collections. I was already stressing because of the limited time frame after the accident which left me vehicleless. Almost immediately upon sending the inquiry about the 2023 Audi Q4 Etron, I recieved a phone call from Doc. He immediately connected with me about life experiences and told me about the beautiful car. After bringing up an offer within 20 minutes they had called me back to solidify the deal. It took 3 days from that phone call to having the car in my front driveway 9 hours away! Doc was so pleasant to talk to and this car is absolutely immaculate. I cannot reccomend them enough, they work fast to deliver and offer so many solutions to hiccuos during thr buy process. 10/10

This place is quick, in and out, zero drama. “Doc” had the hookup with some bank I’ve never heard of that has a crazy low rate. The whole process was maybe 30 minutes? Why can’t car buying be this easy everywhere else?

We bought a Mercedes EQS 580 from these folks. We live in California. The absolute best car buying experience weve ever had. They even arranged the car to be shipped to us in California. The follow up has been PERFECT!!!! Doc even responded to our texts while he was out of the country on a trip with his new wife. Walter the manager has been incredibly kind and patient with our silly questions as this is our first electric vehicle. Things that I thought were wrong and missing in fact weren't. 1. Don’t let them add that “paint correction , or deep wax or ceramic coating fee! That is bullish the vehicle I purchased had some micro scratches in it but after I brought it to the attention of my sells guy, he took that off!!! 2 the management and finance was great!!!! Those guys were helpful and fair and finance offered many options and explained everything and if you had questions he took time and answered them.. ********************************* On line I noticed a white BMW at Versatile that really caught my eye! Without hesitation, I called Versatile Collection and scheduled a meeting with Doc. When I arrived, Doc surprised me by introducing me to a gorgeous Black on Black 7 Series M Sport edition that I immediately fell in love with. He was quick to respond to my inquiries and provided exceptional support throughout the entire process. Doc was truly remarkable, always willing to help with any questions I had, even after my purchase. I sincerely believe he was key in making that deal a reality, and he did it at a fair price!
